Was not happy with the stay at all!
Pros:

The lobby is the best thing to look at.

Cons:

Room didn’t get cleaned. Was there for 3 nights. No continental breakfast. You had to pay for everything. Over priced. Columbus Courtyard needs a lot of remodeling. Pool wasn’t open!

Location is nearby all liked and desired places, shops and events etc. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Spacious hallways and quick elevator operation...good lighting in all appropriate areas, the bed was good and comfortable, good closet space and all necessary amenities were in place.

Cons:

The road/hwy noise is easily heard, the upholstered furniture in the room needs to be professional cleaned,updated and/or replaced. Etc.etc

Coffee in the room was weak. Carpet wasn’t real clean. My pillow fell off the bed & when I picked it up it had dirt on it. Bed needed a new mattress. Just expected better for a Marriott’s. Shampoo attached to the shower wall cheapens the look,
