Value for money - great staff
Pros:

1) Really nice staff, very welcoming and helpful.
2) The breakfast is good start for the day.
3) You have some rooms with air conditioning and fans too. On each floor there is ironing board so makes things easier.
4) EV parking is just behind the hotel premises so it’s handy. Otherwise you do have to parking (small fee) at the hotel for 24 hours.

Cons:

1) I was initially given a room facing the train tracks and with no air conditioning it is super loud each time train passes by (if you have windows open; needed in summer). Later on request was moved to room facing the road and that was quite and nice.
2) The website says sauna is not for children after 18 hrs but was surprised to find kids when I entered around 19 hrs .. defeated the purpose of having quite sauna time.
3) I felt the sauna kit slippers were washed/reused as they were out of shape and old. I didn’t use it for that reason but if that was the reason the slippers looked old then that would be super uncomfortable to know.

Hotell med unik känsla av att plötsligt vara på semester utomlands. Många rosor till hotellets personal en liten tagg fi

Hotell med möjlighet till spa, stor välfylld och god frukostbuffé med pannkakor. Egen restaurang med god mat. Trevlig lounge och stor altan utomhus. Rummet vi valde var ett rum för rörelsehindrade stort och rymligt.
Mycket trevlig personal.

Cons:

Önskning; Decinfektionsmedel på gymmet.
I badrummet saknades en dusch stol vilket ordnades med en vanlig plaststol av den vänliga personalen.
Till hotellets ledning och inköpschef framför vi ett önskemål om en duschstol med ryggstöd, armstöd och perforerad sits där vattnet kan rinna bort. Det borde vara standard i ett handikapp anpassat badrum.
De flesta av personalen var jättetrevlig en del mycket kunniga några i personalen var nya på jobbet, det är helt ok. Det är jättebra att säga till gästen, jag vet inte men jag ska fråga.
Bemötandet är jätteviktigt för trivselkänslan hos gästen och gästen vill bli sedd och välkomnad. Jag anser att det är en utbildningsfråga och en informationsfråga för chef och arbetsledare. Jag har själv erfarenhet av att ta emot gäster och vara lyhörd i alla situationer, vill gästen ha kontakt eller vill gästen inte. Det räcker ibland bara med ögonkontakt och en blick och ett leende.

We had a nice family room with air conditioning. Great breakfast and a good distance from. Kolmården.

The hotel looks modest from the outside but the inside facilities were great!

Sängarna var väldigt mjuka. När den ena vände på sig höll den andra på att ramla ur sängen.

Pros:

Trevlig personal. Stort välstädat rum och badrum. Bekväm säng. Måste starta redan klo 4.45 på morgonen men då fick vi med ett morgonmål med yoghurt, frukt, 2 fyllda bröd, kaffe och saft. Väldigt gott. Kommer tillbaka till samma hotell om jag besöker Norrköping.

Personalen var jätte trevliga. Frukosten var bra.
Vill tacka en i personalen som lät mig låna en fläkt. Kunde iallafall sova några timmar.

Cons:

Tyvärr så var det alldeles för varmt i rummet. Saknade AC. Det skulle behövas duschdraperi. Fast att jag bara tog en snabb dusch så blev det blött i hela badrummet.

Enkelt og greit, reint, veldig sentralt
Pros:

Likte det meste, hyggelige betjening og hjelpsomme, lå liksom midt i smørøyet å kunne egentlig gå til det meste man trengte

Pros:

Hotellet var väldigt centralt och det gick att nå receptionen på telefon inför bokningen. Praktisk och smidig parkering precis intill hotellet.

Cons:

Jag är missnöjd med flertalet dolda kostnader. Det tillkom kostnader för husdjur trotts att vi specifikt bokade ett sådant rum i appen. Parkeringen var enormt dyr, trotts att vi var gäster på boendet. Städningen var under all kritik.
