コンドミニアムなので、多少は仕方ないと思いますが、こちらのチェックイン時間にまだ前のゲストが滞在しており、すごく困りました。大きな荷物を持って、掃除を待ち、結局入れたのは1時間後。前のゲストもチェックアウトは13時だと伝えられており、すごく困っていました。掃除の人も急いで掃除しないといけなかったので、バスマットは汚れたまま、交換せず忘れて帰ってしまいました。その旨をオーナーにメッセージして伝えましたが、音沙汰なしでした。Wi-Fiのパスワードにも問題あり。本来教えていただいたパスワードでは弱すぎて入らず、こちらを通じてメッセージを送ると、違うパスワードが送られてきて、やっと仕事を開始することが出来ました。ホテルの部屋は広くて、使い勝手のいい部屋だったので、対応だけが残念でした。一階のレストランは味が良く、ホテルの周りにフードフェスティバルのような場所もあり、そちらも色々なチェンマイのローカルフードが食べられ、よかったです。ハラルのお店も周りに多く、ソムタム専門店もありました。ただ大通りからホテルまでの道にはあまり何もなく、人通りも少ないので、女性一人とかでは絶対に歩かないように。グラブを使うべき。近くにヘルスセンターがあります。

Pros:

I liked most of the convenience of check in and I appreciate the help offered through the manager.
However, getting a hold of the manager was difficult, she had no office hours, and things came late.
Cleaning only came once in an entire week so we were providing our own toilet paper, towels, soap, etc.

So many things in the condo didn't work including lights, fridge, microwave, and water kettle.
The room was cramped and unclean. Won't be going back

book咗公寓但無人辦理入住手續 人影唔見

第一次同仔女出遠門玩下 訂咗哩間房 見圖片 已經覺得唔錯 .但落機後去哩間公寓 辦唔到入住 . 睇番訂單原來話已經過咗辦工時間9:00AM- 5:00PM無得辦入住手續 . 而訂單有Hotels.com 當地同香港既熱線電話號碼.嘗試打當地 香港電話搵屋主同Hotels.com 求助. 都係聯絡唔到屋主 .而Hotels.com 又無人聽 ！當時係晚上7:30左右 最後我係要臨時book一晚酒店住.第二日在係辦工時間 辦理入住啦 點知又係無人 . 當時係中午12:30... 電話 同樣打電話比屋主 Hotels.com 都係無人聽！ 又係要 臨時 book番之後住既酒店 ！如果唔係 帶住小朋友 可以瞓邊！
總知 我book咗咁多日既公寓 一晚都無住過 ！請屋主 退款比我 ！

Meglio stare lontani da queste camere...Due camere sia standard che con cucina terribile sporche ...vecchie e sono dovuto andare per 4 notti in un altro hotel....Ma piu'...Mi chiedo come si puo' affittare delle camere in uno stato pietoso...La propietaria dovrebbe andare a viverci e forse si renderebbe conto di quanto sono orribili e non vivibili....Ma piu'..........Neanche se mi regalono il soggiorno....

Run down condo with little maintenance
Pros:

I would say i had a bad experience from. Check in to Check out. There is bugs or dust mites on the beds and my boy got a nasty skin rashes and toilet are not clean at all even they charged you Thb200 for clean up before you moved in. The air conditioning is not cold, i guess no gas and Room 515 is vacant with nobody or reception to ask from room keys. Transportation is ok with Grab but off from CBD areas. My recommendation is look for others near to Chiangmai airport. I believed they are not fit for charging hotel but hostel pricing.

Pros:

I was a bit apprehensive about booking after seeing some reviews, but we had a nice stay and would recommend this place. Communication with the PM was great; we exchanged several emails between my questions and our last minute travel changes. The bed was comfy, water hot, room clean, and building quiet. We wound up having to book an extra night in a different room and both were perfect for what we needed. There is a mini store downstairs selling eggs, fruits, veggies, and other basics. There is also a small restaurant where we had breakfast on the last day. We would definately stay again the next time we are in Chiang Mai.

キッチンまわりを掃除してほしい。
Pros:

ここのコンドミニアムは2回目ですが、キッチン完備で快適にすごせます。
はじめにクリーン料金を２００B支払うのですが、キッチンまわりは掃除が行き届いてないので自分でする事に。。。
受付のスタッフに何を聞いても知らないと言われ、オーナーと電話のみ問い合わせになっていて、あのスタッフは何なのか？と思ってしまった。。
部屋は広くて日本のテレビも見れるのは良かった。

ไม่ค่อยแระทับใจเราจองห้องตามรูปเป็นแบบนึงแต่ได้ห้องอีกอย่างนึงเพราะเป็นคอนโดที่มีคนซื้อแล้วปล่อยเช่า เลยขึ้นอยู่กับว่าจะว่างห้องไหน ที่นอนเก่านอนแล้วปวดหลัง
