It smelled great ! Looked great ! Breakfast was amazing
Front lady wasn’t such a pleasure to talk to I wish I got her name but she looked and seemed like she didn’t like her job . Long black hair maybe Asian no smiles and had an attitude when I first checked it threw off my experience a bit in the beginning but the hotel itself made up for her poor demeanor.
It was a good place to stay to go to the beach! Walking distance and the walk wasn't too hard! It was a good stay...
Breakfast stopping at 9 am! We're on vacation it should stay open until 10 am for us late sleepers.
Great stay!!! We had partial view of the ocean, overall would visit again.
Only downfall was the elevator waits.
We went with the partial view of the ocean, and the room had an excellent view of Strand Pier, and a decent view of the ocean. Well worth the money to get a room with a view.
This is the second year in a row that I have visited, and on both occasions we have had issues with not being able to get towels and a decent room cleaning. We used the tablet to order a room cleaning, but no one came and we had to ask the front desk twice, in addition to using the tablet to request. A family that primarily goes to the beach needs places to hang their wet clothes on, which the hotel rooms really don't provide, and it needs frequent room cleanings and clean towels.
