Insgesamt in Ordnung, wenn wir auch etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten
Pros:

Das frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage auch.

Cons:

Die Wäschecontainer mit den kleinen Rädern machen einen extremen Krach wenn er am Tennisplatz vorbeigeschoben wird. Wäre es da nicht möglich, große Gummiräder zu montieren?
Ebenfalls fand ich es sehr störend, dass die Abziehmatten auf den Tennisplätzen mit einem Stahlrahmen versehen sind. Auch das macht ziemlich Lärm, und es ist störend, wenn man am Nebenplatz Tennis spielen möchte.

Excellent séjour, service excellent et très pro
Pros:

Les buffets sont d’excellente qualité et très variés , on peut manger à n’importe quel moment ce qui permet de profiter de toutes les activités sportives qui constituent un autre point fort de l’hôtel, on peut faire du Padel, tennis, des cours très pro de fitness , tir à l’arc, etc

Cons:

Un peu plus d’effort pour la clientèle non germanophone est vraiment souhaitable.
Pas assez d’efforts et d’initiatives pour les activités enfants catégorie 9 à 14 ans.
On voulait faire un cours de tennis pourtant payant pour notre fils de 11 ans mais on n’a pas pu faute de quota minimum selon l’équipe d’animation.

Quand le sérieux allemand rencontre la convivialité djerbienne et bien ça fait des merveilles

Literie, confort des chambres et télé (chaînes françaises cryptées, j’ai signalé ce problème le premier jour et pas une réponse )

Super Aufenthalt mit neuem und sehr gelungenen Strandbereich.
Pros:

Der Club hat einfach die richtige Größe und einen guten Mix. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle motiviert und haben Lust auf die Saison. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der neue Strandbereich mit den Sesseln, Palmen, Restaurant sowie die neue Ebene für die Bodykurse über dem Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer.

Cons:

Das neue System an der Rezeption. Das hat mitunter zu langen Wartezeiten geführt, weil es nicht so intuitiv zu sein scheint wie das alte System.
Es hätten mehr Yoga Kurse sein dürfen.

Cons:

le prix des mojito a 40 dinars très très cher de plus venant depuis de nombreuses année c'est bien la première fois qu'il sont Payent.le prix du séjour n'est déjà pas donner meme si le service est de qualité.il devrait arrêter de les faire payer

le petit dejeuner etait parfait ! les buffets aussi tres bon ! mais pas un vrai all au bar beaucoup de boissonn payante et cher deco bar aussi pas tres chouette a ameliorer!

les chambres , tristes , mauvais lits et tres basics ! pas de chaises , seuleument un petit oreiller et aucun produits de salle de bain ( champoing , body milk ,) non plus jamais remis une bouteille d'eau!

Pros:

Es wurde teilweise zu wenig Personal an der Strandbar und auch an der Poolbar eingesetzt was zu Wartezeiten führte. Warum ist der Thibarine, ein lokaler Schnaps, kostenpflichtig?
Die Sportmöglichkeiten und Angebote sind sehr gut.
Großes Lob an die Nautik, die Katamarane sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Grüße an Rejab und vielen Dank für alles

Pros:

Rooms, activities, food, and staff were all excellent

Cons:

The beach was too rocky, and those rubber, unbreathable chairs in the cafe and beach bar were very uncomfortable in the high humidity.
It's also a bit too german.

Très déçu !!!
Cons:

Buffet tres peu varié pas de viande rouges, trop de monde il faut faire la queue à l'entrée du restaurant sinon vous n'aurez pas de table et la queue devant chaque stand c'est horrible, baignade en mer impossible car des gros rocher partout et la mer n'est pas profonde au genou. Je suis très déçu pour le prix que j'ai payé, rapport qualité prix médiocre et ce n'est pas du vrai all inclusive au bar tous les cocktails en extra à 20€ le cocktail !!!!
