tout etais parfait service de qualité personnel au petits soins

Cons:

le prix des mojito a 40 dinars très très cher de plus venant depuis de nombreuses année c'est bien la première fois qu'il sont Payent.le prix du séjour n'est déjà pas donner meme si le service est de qualité.il devrait arrêter de les faire payer

le petit dejeuner etait parfait ! les buffets aussi tres bon ! mais pas un vrai all au bar beaucoup de boissonn payante et cher deco bar aussi pas tres chouette a ameliorer!

Cons:

les chambres , tristes , mauvais lits et tres basics ! pas de chaises , seuleument un petit oreiller et aucun produits de salle de bain ( champoing , body milk ,) non plus jamais remis une bouteille d'eau!

Pros:

Es wurde teilweise zu wenig Personal an der Strandbar und auch an der Poolbar eingesetzt was zu Wartezeiten führte. Warum ist der Thibarine, ein lokaler Schnaps, kostenpflichtig?
Die Sportmöglichkeiten und Angebote sind sehr gut.
Großes Lob an die Nautik, die Katamarane sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Grüße an Rejab und vielen Dank für alles

Pros:

Rooms, activities, food, and staff were all excellent

Cons:

The beach was too rocky, and those rubber, unbreathable chairs in the cafe and beach bar were very uncomfortable in the high humidity.
It's also a bit too german.

Cons:

Buffet tres peu varié pas de viande rouges, trop de monde il faut faire la queue à l'entrée du restaurant sinon vous n'aurez pas de table et la queue devant chaque stand c'est horrible, baignade en mer impossible car des gros rocher partout et la mer n'est pas profonde au genou. Je suis très déçu pour le prix que j'ai payé, rapport qualité prix médiocre et ce n'est pas du vrai all inclusive au bar tous les cocktails en extra à 20€ le cocktail !!!!

Bel hôtel rénové, magnifiques buffets, personnel de réception inefficace
Pros:

Les repas étaient de belle qualité et beaucoup de diversité à disposition. Tout était parfaitement organisé ! Bravo au chef tunisien !

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception a vraiment été inefficace, allant jusqu’à prétendre que nous n’avions fait aucune demande spéciale (notre fils et belle-fille étaient en honeymoon), malgré la preuve apportée. Le chef de la réception est intervenu après UNE HEURE de discussions inutiles sur la 3eme mauvaise attribution des chambres (nous avions payé “vue mer” pour 3 chambres, sans les obtenir. Attitude hautaine. Au final, de mauvaise grâce (le problème était informatique), nous avons eu 3 chambres “avec une vue mer sur le côté….

Les équipements étaient de très mauvais état : literie en très mauvais état et pas confortable du tout en deux jours j’ai eu un problème au dos
Moisissure dans les salles de bain .. pour 212€/nuit c’est cher payé !

Cons:

Les chambres pas très confortables : matelas qui ont plus de 15 ans les lits sont des lits simples jumelés

Für mich war es das erste mal im einem Robinson Club und ich bin komplett begeistert.
Alle sind super freundlich, es ist wie auf den Bildern und das Abendprogramm wechselt jeden Tag.
Tagsüber hat man die Möglichkeiten an einigen Aktivitäten mitzumachen, kann aber auch ohne Probleme entspannen.
