Отдых в мае 2019. Впечатления самые благоприятные. Завтраки отличные. Стандартные номера большие по площади, комфортно. На любителя - стеклянная стенка между номером и санузлом, нет двери в санузел. Соответственно в санузле холодно и нет шумоизоляции. Персонал в целом любезный и дружелюбный. Вопросы решают быстро в любое время суток. Есть бесплатный тест-драйв Audi на 24 часа. Технический минус - матрасы не самые удобные, сильно прогибаются, лежишь как в люльке)) и некоторые особо одаренные гости курят на балконах ночью и дым залетает в номер. Я бы таких в чёрные списки, пусть в Жемчужине отдыхают!!!))

Полноценный летний отдых уже на майские праздники
Pros:

Зеленая ухоженная территория, симпатичный пляж у моря (на сколько его вообще можно облагородить в этой локации). Открытый подогреваемый бассейн (вода - 28). Шикарные террасы даже в обычных номерах (если полностью раздвинуть двери, складывается ощущение, что весь номер - часть террасы. Пешком в течении часа можно гуляя по паркам и набережным дойти до Гранд Марины

空港までの送迎を頼んでメールやりとりしたのにもかかわらず、来なかった。その後に、謝罪なし。ただ出発前に、謝罪として、無料で空港まで送ってくれると連絡あり。送ってもらう。問題はありませんでした。ホテルは大変清潔で素晴らしかった。

i stay in this hotel with my family every time i visit Sochi. This is the most comfortable hotel for a family vocation. It got everything you need from an awesome dining to a private beach! Friendly personal!!! I recomend to everyone!!!!

Идеальное обслуживание, посредственное питание
Pros:

С первой минуты понимаешь, что вошел в отель 5 звезд. Роскошно, чисто, сервис, дизайн. Все как надо. Однако, еда разочаровала и в ресторане Бао на 7 этаже и в основном ресторане со шведским столом. На пять звезд совершенно не тянет, но цены при этом больно кусаются. Жаль.

Самый любимый отель в Сочи!
Pros:

Прекрасный отель - обслуживание и гостеприимство на самом высоком уровне. Просторные номера, большой комплекс спа и бань, отличный бассейн с музыкой подводной - такого не видел нигде! Очень добрый и внимательный персонал, всегда готовый прийти на помощь. Новый отличный ресторан гинза на 7м этаже с панорамой на море, закаты, вкусной едой и кальянами, а также таким же внимательным персоналом. Из минусов - недешевый завтрак 1500р, а также отдаленность от центра, но такси за 5-7 минут доставит до центра. Приедем еще и еще раз, самое любимое место в Сочи, даже по сравнению с другими 5* отелями в центре города.

I was quite impressed with this hotel. Its management did a great work. All staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great spa and a pool, good food, safe, historical spots,private beach, everything to meet your expectations. I postponed my departure twice).

За время многолетних путешествий по Европе, Африке, Индии, Ю-В Азии, Ю Америке много чего удалось повидать, но Swissotel resort Kamelia приятно удивил своим безукоризненным комфортом, гостеприимством, дружелюбным персоналом и высококачественным сервисом! Стоимость завтрака и ужина по системе "шведский стол" кажется завышенной, хотя стоит отметить высокое качество и разнообразие предлагаемых блюд.
