Xenios Possidi Paradise Hotel

The hotel is on the beach however requires renovation and the quality of the food is poor. There is not much you can see in the area and if you don’t drive is difficult because the public transport is not well organised. Will not recommend!

Overall was great experience, we spent only one night, the room we picked was spacious and clean, the beach was very close to hotel it was just the road separating it, dinning area outside was nice, you could stay inside too, we choose all inclusive option, good drink and food, walkable area around, beach was nice, staff was friendly easy check in/out.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλή, ακριβώς πάνω στην οργανωμένη παραλία με παροχή προς τους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου ομπρέλας και ξαπλώστρας. Η θάλασσα εξαιρετική.
Το φαγητό στο ξενοδοχείο μέτριο, θα μπορούσε να είχε περισσότερες επιλογές και καλύτερα υλικά. Τα δωμάτια σχετικά άνετα, χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση, σε αντίθεση το μπάνιο του δωματίου το οποίο είναι πολύ καλό. Μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία το parking, δεν υπάρχουν θέσεις για όλους. Κοινώς όποιος προλάβει...Επίσης μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία το wifi ...δεν μπορείς να συνδεθείς εύκολα και κυρίως μπορείς να συνδεθείς με δυσκολία στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους.
Αρκετή φασαρία κατά τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας.
Φανερή η έλλειψη προϊσταμένου, ο οποίος θα ασκούσε και την εποπτεία στο προσωπικό.

Καλη εξυπηρετηση,πολυ προσχαρο προσωπικο και ευχαριστω!! Απειχε ομως απο τις φωτογραφιες!

The staff was really nice and really helpful 😊

Poor and bad food, small swimming pool, small parking, there was not an event for the customers of hotel and many people were dissatisfied with it!! The staff was agreeable to help but they cannot to do something without the order of their manager person. I paid for the service and was not able to make me happy.

The quality of the services and the price for them was very good. The best part was that the beach was in front of the hotel!!

I would give four stars but unfortunately the toilet in our apartment wasn’t working I need took about 10 attempts for them to repair it. After that they’ve offered us another apartment one room bigger which was a nice gesture, but imagine how we felt family of five with three keys not being able to use the toilet properly and being pushed to use public toilets instead. Apart of that there is pretty poor and there’s not much to do there is hardly any entertainment although the last night we have been positively surprised as we had a great Greek night with Zorba the Greek dances etc. The food is average every day basically the saving the same stuff whatever is left from lunch it will be served for dinner and some of it for breakfast next day. We stayed for 10 nights and really enjoyed only one day where the meal was really good. Furthermore the all-inclusive drinks are really worst we ever experience so far basically your choice is tzipura or uzo local drinks which is like home made vodka, local brandy which is in great and white and red wine. Red wine is awful white wine is okay but after drinking it for seven days you trying to stay away from it but there is nothing better to drink see you stick up and carry on drinking that white wine. There is a local fish restaurant which serves really nice food, but it seemed to be overpriced for a one fish which chips and salad plus bottle of wine with paid €83 this was miles better than the food offered in our hotel therefore we enjoy

Big room but noisy public areas. The food was medium quality, local restaurants serve better.

We were with an All inclusive package and the food was very good and quite abundant. Even 5 min before the end of the meal they would bring in more food for everyone to have enough.

The hotel has a very bad food (bad quality and uniform), internet connection is very poor, the staff is very rude. If you want to get the light to the playground you have to pray every night. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. On a beautiful place.

The Hotel although clean and tidy was lacking in basic items. ( no tea/coffee facilities in room. No channels on tv except German. Unfriendly staff bar one waiter.) We attributed most of the issues to end of season booking, however there seemed t be a lack of general interest in the staff to want to communicate on a basic level. The food is of a very basic standard but there are restaurants close by. The area has lovely beach, walks and a very good fish restaurant in walking distance. This hotel is in a very remote area, there is nothing around ..... take cash with you ( no cash points in this area).This hotel offers nothing in the evening to do, other than a limited stocked bar.
We wanted a quiet end of season break, so in all it suited our needs..... but couples or families wanting more would be left disappointed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean , and communal areas. The bed was very comfortable

On the day of arival I called the hotel just to tell them when we will arrive. The hotel receptionist told me we have to go to another hotel. The replacing hotel was fine, but I wonder why didn't you tell us earlier?
