Horrible customer service and dubious honesty from management
Cons:

The rooms were advertised at hypoallergenic, yet, I became dizzy in the hotel room from a vial of scented oil that was left in the room. When I asked the front desk about scents used in the room, I was told there were no scents used in cleaning the rooms. However, upon further inspection, I found the oil. I had to change hotels as the smell was two strong for me. The hotel confirmed in writing, twice, that I would receive a refund for the booking. But, after numerous calls with booking customer service, numerous communications with the hotel, and almost two weeks of waiting, I have yet to receive a refund.
