Don't stay here unless you're forced to
Pros:

Honestly...only its location that was convenient for the purpose of my stay.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience overall.

The attitude at check-in was unfriendly and immediately gave a poor first impression.

My room (607) was located on the 6th floor facing a very busy intersection, and the traffic noise was unbearable, making it extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep. That's the reason I checked out a day earlier.

Breakfast was probably the saddest I’ve experienced in Colombia. The selection was extremely limited, with only two types of fruit. The coffee was watery and almost tasteless, and the soup tasted like water with Maggi cubes. For a hotel at this level, I expected considerably better quality and variety.

Cleanliness was another major issue. The room was not properly cleaned, the hallways were dirty, and plates from room service were left sitting on the hallway floor for the entire day.

Even basic amenities were lacking—there was no drinking water provided in the room.

Unfortunately, between the service, noise, cleanliness, and very poor breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel.

Spacious room

Cons:

Dirty floors, walked barefoot, feet became dirty quickly. Uncomfortable bed, reserved queen but given two smaller beds. Strange room odor, lingering smell perhaps due to lack of ventilation within the room/building.

Hotel bom, no entanto carece de manutnção. Equipe da recepção nada educada. Hotel não conta mais nem com academia tampouco com acordo acordo com a academia da esquina. Cafe da manha bom. Quartos grandes. Chuveiro ruim, muito pouca água.

Cons:

Atendimento e falta de academia. Cancelaram convênio com academia próxima sem antes ter uma.

Could have been worse but thank God was not all bad.
Pros:

The location was good and there were restaurants, pharmacy and other shops nearby and the room was spacious and neat. the staff were friendly.

Cons:

the room keys had to be re-programmed every day, the breakfast was very basic, not much choice for tv channels, on website they promised AC but there was no AC, the lift access was an issue every time.
