Nikos Villas Hotel in Oia Santorini

This is one of the best hotels and locations we have ever stayed at.

The location was absolutely fantastic, the staff was extremely helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean. The only negative was the very tiny shower, which would be very tough for a larger person to use. Plus, the shower curtain was too short, so we needed 2-3 extra towels from the pool, to clean up the water on the floor. Even with that - we would definitely stay here again. Great place!

The location and sunset views from our balcony were phenominal! The property grounds, villa and pool area were exceptionally clean. Cleaning service attended to the villa every day. Friendly staff throughout. Easy check in and they handled all airport transportation. Very quiet, serene and peaceful area.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, facilities were always on hand and hassle free ensuring that there were no problems with external bookings and connections. Can’t fault it. Close to all of the highlights of Oia but far enough out to escape the busy areas and chill with views second to none.

Loved the location. Staff was super friendly. Reception took a lot of time to explain location details and things to do. Hotel organized all our transportation, dinner recommendations and two tours. Great stay!!

Where to start...if i ever return to Santorini I would not look anywhere else than Nikos Villas. It is an intimate hotel but with the best location in Oia. I loved my room...it had a balcony with beach chairs plus a dinning room inside and outside. The rooms opened to the balcony giving the villa a fresh and crisp air. I was traveling the day before from Turkey. After 10 days, i had enough of big breakfast and just wanted coffee in the morning. I was able go to the next door coffee shop and grab a cappuccino with a croissant. My family and I loved the pool. We order wine and beer and had a mellow time. At one point we found ourselves people watching as the hiking path from Fira to Oia is next to the hotel. We had several afternoon walks to Oia for dinner and sometimes just ice-cream. The main Oia area is only a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a food market across the street that has all the necessities from water to sunscreen. In summary what makes this a great hotel is the people. They are warm and welcoming and always with a smile. I saw other patrons that have been there before be excited to comeback to enjoy beautiful Santorini but also to embrace the staff like if they were long lasting friends. You do not find that anywhere! Thank you for a relaxing time. This is what a vacation is supposed to be..

My daughter and I stayed at Nikos Villas for a week in July 2025. It was just perfect. The location is close enough to easily walk to the center of Oia within 10 minutes; however, it is far enough out that it is in quiet surroundings. The villa was clean and well-maintained. The A/C worked well; however, we kept the windows and doors open to enjoy the breezes. The pool area was clean and well-kept. The pool menu and drinks were great, thanks much to Georgia and Maria! And the front desk staff was so accommodating to arrange tours and transportations for us (thanks much to Dimitrius!). If we ever made it back to Santorini, we would definitely stay at Nikos Villas.

Very good location, close to main pedestrian area of Oia, quiet and within proximity of parking area. Very useful information provided by the staff. Staff very accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is just south of the main part of Oia and very walkable. It is across the street from a bus stop. It also backs onto the Fira Oia hiking trail. All the sun chairs look onto the sea and the mountains. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room has both a north facing porch and a west facing patio. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
