Le petit déjeuner à la carte est peu diversifié, le café ressemble à de l’eau.
On commande un taxi pour 14h00 pour aller à l’aéroport à Pereira et on nous fais partir à 12h00 sans raison valable.
C’est un hôtel de passage c’est tout.

My stay was pleasant, however, the breakfast was a little simple compared to the hotel itself. All of the elements for a great breakfast were there, however the ingredients and execution were not the best.
I did not like the breakfast, nor the fact that there is no golf card or car service to go up the hills to the main roads. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and it was very hard for them to walk up the hills. We could have drove our car, but then there would’ve been no place to park it. If the hotel had some sort of shuttle service or maybe even a golf cart that could facilitate this type of service the location and set up would be amazing.

The place is excellent. The staff is very helpful and the costumer service was great. The place is an excellent option based on price and service provided. The breakfast concept was also great. We appreciate the help and support from the hotel since we have to make last minutes changes. Overall, great place and great experience.

Está muy bien ubicado. Tiene parqueadero y es grande y cómodo. El hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones y la decoración. El desayuno es bueno, completo y el personal del desayuno es muy amable. Las camas son cómodas. Volvería sin dudarlo depronto a otra habitación.
Falta que le den más amor al aseo de los baños. Las toallas huelen raro y la habitación que me tocó olía a húmedo, creo que un deshumidificador y algo para absorber olores sería muy positivo
