Very good for a one-night stay

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room has a good size, the shower is good and bed is comfy. Very good

Old fashion, a me questo piace. La colazione leggera che ho richiesto all'ultimo minuto mi e' stata offerta free of charge. Bagno piccolo ma sufficiente.

Cons:

1. Uno dei portieri e' diventato MOLTO aggressivo quando io senza alzare il tono ho protestato per quanto descrivo ora: 2. Ho pagato per tutto quanto descritto su booking tra cui "navetta gratuita a/r". Invece una volta arrivata sono stata costretta, sempre con modi aggressivi, a pagare 10 euro in piu' per la navetta a/r. 5 euro a tratta e' poco, e l'avrei accettato di buon grado se fosse ststo dichiarato in fase di acquisto, ma invece si e' scelto di imbrogliare il cliente. Pessimo stile.

Good hotel if early flight from or late flight into Malpensa
Pros:

Clean and comfortable for one night stay

Cons:

Was told I would get free transfer but had to pay 90 euro for taxi due to roadworks as transfer driver went home. However management kindly refunded my 90 euros next day but was still a stress when landing late
