Sono un cliente che quando va in aeroporto o torna sosta sempre lì.mi trovo bene e soprattutto c'è la navetta gratuita.colazione più che sufficiente.quando arrivi in aeroporto e hai già le valige in mano bisogna telefonare in hotel,loro partono e ti vengono a prendere.

Nocleg przesiadkowy ;)

Hotel nam pasował. To był tylko nocleg przed kolejnym lotem, cena dobra, bardzo miła obsługa, czysto, bezpłatny transfer z/na lotnisko co dla nas jest bardzo dużym plusem. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Nic nam nie brakowało. Polecam!!!

Мы приехали в отель поздно вечером, голодные и уставшие после дороги. Отель расположен недалеко от аэропорта Милан Мальпенса, и мы выбрали его именно для ночёвки перед ранним вылетом. В это время вокруг уже всё было закрыто ни ресторанов, ни магазинов.
Отдельно отмечу, что у отеля есть бесплатный трансфер до и из аэропорта это действительно удобно и очень выручает, особенно когда прилёт или вылет поздний.

Но главным, что сделало вечер тёплым, стал сотрудник ресепшена Osa. Когда мы спустились в холл и спросили, можно ли выпить чай, он сразу откликнулся принёс чайник горячего чая, чашки, посуду. У нас были свои закуски, и когда закончился хлеб, он помог и с этим. А когда мы начали убирать за собой, Osa спокойно и по-доброму остановил нас и сказал, что всё сделает сам.

Такое простое человеческое отношение в поздний час огромная редкость. Благодаря Osa отель оставил намного более тёплое и приятное впечатление, чем мы ожидали.

Ему отдельное, искреннее спасибо. Он сделал наш короткий отдых действительно комфортным.
