Ļoti atsaucīgs personāls, laba lokācija. Daudzveidīgs ēdienu piedāvājums, iespējams kārtīgi paēst jebkurā dienas laikā. Plašs dzērienu sortiments, garšīgi kokteiļi. Ļoti labs all-inclusive serviss. Laba izklaides programma.

Daudzu viesnīcu problēma - vietas pie baseiniem jāskrien aizņemt sešos no rīta.

המלון נקי מאוד, וניכר כי עבר שיפוץ שהוסיף רבות למראה הכללי ולתחושת הנוחות. הזמנתי חדר עם נוף לבריכה, ונהניתי ממנו בכל בוקר מחדש. אחד הדברים שהרשימו אותי במיוחד הוא רמת התחזוקה והניקיון הגבוהה ברחבי המלון.
הבריכה נעימה מאוד, והמים בה אינם קרים מדי, דבר שהיה חשוב עבורי ההנאה גם מהבריכה.
הצוות כולו אדיב ומסביר פנים, החל מנציגי הקבלה ועד לצוות הבידור והניקיון. בנוסף, ניתן לראות צוות ניקיון גדול וחרוץ שנמצא בכל רחבי המלון, דואג לפנות שולחנות ולשמור על ניקיון וסדר באופן שוטף. בהתחשב בכך שמדובר במלון “הכול כלול”, שבו יש תנועה רבה של אורחים לאורך כל היום, מדובר בהישג מרשים במיוחד.
למלון יש חניות זמינות מחוץ למתחם, דבר שהיה נוח מאוד עבורי ועבור חבריי שהגענו עם רכבים שכורים. המיקום עצמו מצוין, ונמצא במרחק של כ-20 דקות נסיעה בלבד מהעיר רודוס, הן מהעיר העתיקה והן מהעיר החדשה.
עבור עלות לא גבוהה במיוחד בהתחשב למחיר ששילמתי, מקבלים חופשת “הכול כלול” ברמה טובה מאוד, עם שירות איכותי, ניקיון מוקפד ומיקום נוח.
אני ממליץ על המלון לכל מי שמחפש חופשת “הכול כלול” איכותית, נעימה ומשתלמת, מבלי להוציא סכומים גבוהים.
בהחלט תמורה טובה למחיר.

Cons:

לצערי לא אהבתי שהמלון עובד עם חברת משקאות מקומית ולא עם קוקה קולה/פפסי. השתייה לא טעימה ולא איכותית וקצת מוריד ברמה של המלון ההתנהלות מול חברת משקאות כזאת.

Séjour en couple avec nos 2 enfants majeurs - tout était parfait , merci beaucoup

C’est vraiment un super hôtel
Tout était parfait : le personnel, les chambres, l’emplacement au bord de la mer, la nourriture etc
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gâteau et les vœux offerts par établissement pour l’anniversaire de mon mari.

Average hotel. Needs more investment to customer care
Pros:

Big pool, nice property, many beach beds for free.

Cons:

Dinner is at the same place as breakfast. Feels like cheap buffet during dinner.
Staff is polite, but they will never bring you something, offer you something or do something you.
There is feeling they try to save money whenever they can.

Pros:

Hotel is beautifully presented, very clean throughout, staff were very friendly and accommodating,
Salads were always fresh
Popcorn and candy floss were enjoyed by daughter
Water slides were fun

Cons:

Food was basic, main dining area had no character or elegance, food on themed nights all tasted like cheap frozen foods, drinks all tasted flat & watered down, the scramble for poolside loungers was ridiculous, none left by 10am. Beach area is mainly stone & in water quite rocky
Mini disco is aimed at very young children as is kids club
Walls are quite thin, noise from other guests was unbearable
Shower head really low down,
