Great location and very well maintained.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, 10 minute walking distance to city central for retail therapy and great restaurants, including the Riverside Markets. Close to cinemas, museums and park. The apartment was very well equipped and having parking was fantastic. The apartments and building are very well maintained, very clean and organised. These apartments will be where we stay every-time we travel to Christchurch.

The Perfect Bolt Hole
Pros:

The perfect bolt hole to the city. Walking distance to the CBD, the Botanic Gardens and the Arts Centre. The tram goes right past the door too!

Great Location. Spacious.

Cons:

The apartment is using an electric heated water tank for hot water supply, not idea for a big family travel. some of you might end up having a cold shower or need to wait longer between showers.

Perfect stay for a quick visit to CC - business or leasure.
Pros:

Great location. We were able to explore most everything in the city on foot. Well equipped little apartment.

Very good value
Pros:

Great value, we had a 2bdrm apartment, had laundry in the apartment which was great. Very nice, modern furnishings and new TV. It was a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Check in wasn't quite ready at 2pm for lock box collection, however we found a number to call and someone came out within 5mins with our envelope with key cards.
