No reception on weekends made for stressful start but accommodation facilities and location great
Pros:

Great location on the tram line between 2 tram stops, the room was great everything we needed clean easy parking easy walk into town and restaurants

Cons:

We arrived around mid afternoon around 4pm just a hour or so after check-in time 2pm the reception was not open we had been given no instructions via email any any other method very little communication from them at all apart from an automated email asking us what time we would be arriving which we replied 4pm. We assumed the reception would be open at that time on a weekend. Bizarrely the reception does not operate on the weekends. we specifically don't book hotels without receptions to avoid this situation where we have paid for a Accommodation with no way to access it. We were just lucky that eventually some kind residents came in and were able to use their code to access a lock box with an envelope with our keys inside. I'm not sure what we we would have done if this didn't happen. probably had to find alternative accommodation. It was very stressful situation that really didn't need to happen with just a little communication.

Conviently located compact city aparoaremt
Pros:

The location to the CBD was great
It was well presented and clean.
We had a great view over to the park.
Full kitchen and laundry made the end of our trip comfortable
Secure onsite parking is a bonus

Cons:

It was a compact One Bedroom apartment so there was little room for our luggage

We had a fabulous stay and will go back there if we return to Christchurch.

Cramped stay
Pros:

Happy with location, but that is about all.

Cons:

The room was very small, too small for two adults and two large suitcases and two carryon bags. Honestly our friends had better apartments with so much more room. I should of taken photo of how cramped we were. The room should only be for one small person with one bag.

We really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody else.
Pros:

As it was our last few days of a month long tour around North and South Islands it was the ideal location to conclude our extended holiday. Being located in the centre of Christchurch gave us walking and tram access to everything we wanted to see and do.

Cosy comfortable Apartments with Free parking!
Pros:

Location was great, close to walk into town centre and around including by the river. Far enough away to enjoy the quiet.
Free Parking a big bonus! Well equipped kitchen to cook in. Comfortable cosy 1 bedroom apartment. On the hop on hop off tram circuit.

Cons:

Lack of toiletries. Stayed 3 nights/4 days. Only 1 day of shampoo, body wash and kitchen wash supplied for 2 people. Bare minimum should cover each day of the stay. Bathroom could be larger.

Small but clean
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, good kitchen facilities, central position for sights and restaurants

Cons:

It was quite cramped with no room for suitcases. Small dining table but only one chair. One small armchair and one chair on the small balcony- there wouldn’t have been room for additional chairs so two people couldn’t sit down to eat at the table. If this room was for one person it would have been fine but for me and my husband we found it too small. The pictures online make it look much bigger. Our room looked out onto the side of the carpark and refuse bins.

The shower is dangerous. Water is too hot and could be dangerous for an elderly person. Water pressure very strong.
