Pros:

Das Tri Yanna Ros hat einen einzigartigen Stil, der uns sehr sehr gefallen hat. Der Innenhof ist schön schattig und das Pool ist super. Die Besitzerin war sehr sehr nett! Der Night Market am Samstag ist direkt vor der Haustür und der Silbertempel direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

Staying at Tri Yaan Na Ros Colonial House felt like stepping into another era — in the best way. The architecture is stunning, with rich colonial details, deep reds, and such a unique, intimate atmosphere. The pool area is a whole vibe — quiet, elegant, and perfect for slow mornings. The rooms are full of character, beautifully styled, and feel really special compared to standard hotels. And the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making everything feel effortless and personal.

Cons:

Honestly very little — if anything, the charm of the historic design means it’s not ultra-modern, but that’s also what makes it so unique.

Cozy vibes, good location and awesome staff!
Pros:

Had a super nice stay here at 4 nights. The vibe of the hotel was very coszy and we loved the furnishing. A good walkable distance from 7-eleven and market near the center of chiang mai. Lovely staff and the restaurant had delicious food as well!
I would love to come back here!

Cons:

We had a room with bathtub but the paint was water damaged and so it couldnt be used, but it didnt really bother us since they have an excellent pool. Some places need a freshen up but it added to the overall charm of the hotel :)

Wonderful stay! Unique place and a very kind and generous host!

I will give the highest rating of 10 to this wonderful hotel and especially to its wonderful owner Oya! She was always available for everything! She greeted us with a smile, showed us coffees and a wonderful breakfast place, guided us to places we wanted to go! Whenever we needed something - she was there! Very nice and helpful Oya!
The hotel was wonderful and very clean! The rooms are huge and very stylish! There were always at least bottles of water, coffee and tea in the room! The pool and the outdoor space are perfectly designed! There is a restaurant and a cafe in the hotel! Magical place! I loved everything! The blooming flowers and the frangipani were stunning! Everything was stylish and clean! Within walking distance of temples and the old town! I highly recommend this place! I wish Oya many visitors and wonderful acquaintances! Bravo Oya, you are doing great! Silviya and Genady

Wir waren froh, dass wir nur 2 Nächte in dem Staub verbringen mussten.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und das Haus war wirklich mal sehr schön, jetzt aber leider sehr in die Jahr gekommen und ungepflegt. Das Personal ist wie überall in Thailand sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Die Anlage muss dringend mal grundgereinigt, oder besser gleich renoviert werden. In den Zimmern ist alles speckig, staubig und runtergekommen. Leider wurde das ursprüngliche Lüftungskonzept des Hauses komplett rückgebaut. Man kann keine Fenster öffnen, es gibt keine Moskitonetze an den Fenster. Das Moskitonetz an unserem Bett war nur Zierde und wenn man es bewegt hat, rieselte der Dreck.
