Parfait pour des vacances en famille
Pros:

Beaucoup de choses :
- le personnel en général était super : l’accueil, l’équipe service restaurant / bar / pizzeria, l’équipe d’animation au top du matin au soir (adultes et enfants).
- la vue incroyable sur la côte, la Sicile et l’Etna.
- La piscine chauffée est grande et n’était jamais bondée à nos dates.
- La plage privée de l’hôtel (transats, parasols, animation) gratuite desservie par une navette gratuite en 4 mn depuis l’hôtel jusqu’à la plage.
- Les appartements équipés ce qu’il faut pour une famille: climatisation dans les chambres, sdb, kitchenette, chambres avec armoires, lits confortables, espace repas, tv, terrasse avec parasol, table/chaises et étendoirs.
- Les draps de bain changés si besoin.
- La carte du coin bar / pizzas répond à tous les goûts.
- les jeux d’extérieur pour les enfants.
- l’ambiance très familiale.

Cons:

- Le service ménage devait passer tous les 3-4 jours.
Donc, c’est ce qu’il s’est passé le 4e jour pour changer draps de bain et literie, ainsi que sortir les poubelles et nettoyer les sols.
Le bémol : les 6 jours suivants, plus personne. On a dû réclamer des draps de bain à l’accueil ainsi que du papier wc (et l’équipe à toute suite livré ce qu’il fallait ensuite). Par contre, on a signalé que personne n’était passé nettoyer mais pas de réaction.

L'unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto la mancanza di lettini al lido...sembra niente a fanno la differenza

Гарна територія, яскрава,будиночок прибраний. Трансфер до пляжу є. Їжа смачна.

Pros:

To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, widok jak zwykle piękny i śniadanie obfite. Wygodny transfer na plażę. Bardzo mili pracownicy baru i restauracji, pyszne drinki.

Would not go back
Pros:

Staff were exceptional and the grounds well kept. Thought we were closer to the sea based on the information from the hotel. The room was very small and hard for two fit people to maneuver around. Breakfast was a fiasco with no real organization. The food there was ok. The pizzas were really good and the bartender was really good

Cons:

Menej vybavenia v hotelovom domčeku. A mne nepohodlny matrac.
