Bra boende med perfekt centralt läge
Pros:

God och varierad frukost. Perfekt läge när vi sedan skulle till Scandinavium. Nära även till Nordstan och många restauranger i omgivningen. Jättesköna sängar.

Läget var toppen men i övrigt då kändes det som ett vandrarhem, tyvärr inte alls bra frukost.

Tyvärr ingen bra frukost alls, extremt trång och inte gott tyvärr. Var mycket som hade stått framme länge, gurkorna tex va oätligt torra. Rummet var väl okej ifall det hade varit ett vandrarhem. Det var den känslan det gav, vandrarhem! Totalt ovärt för det priset, när det inte var direkt mycket billigare än något annat..

Ok hotell nära stan!
Pros:

Att vi hade 4 vanliga sängar i rummet,nära till där det händer,vacker stad och trevliga människor.

Cons:

Kuddarna var vä använda och hemska(byt ut alla).
Stopp i vårt handfat..nån försökte fixa men blev aldrig bättre plus att det droppade efter det och golvet blött hela tiden.Frukosten var det mycket dåligt utbud på !

Centralt hotell till bra pris för den som reser på en budget.
Pros:

Jag har bott på hotellet ett par gånger tidigare, då det ligger nära det evenemang jag brukar besöka. Läget och priset är i mina ögon dess styrkor.

Cons:

Frukosten på Långfredagen serverades under 1½ timme, så det kändes lite snävt. Frukostrummet kändes lite bökigt och det kunde fattas bestick, men själva frukosten verkade bättre än andra gånger jag bott där. Övriga frukostar höll normal tid. Rummet är inte det mest inspirerande, men sängen var bekväm och rummet hade allt jag behövde.

Trevlig personal, välstädat och bra läge

Cons:

Frukost kan bli bättre. Det fanns inte så mycket utbud, t.ex.fanns det bara grisköttbullar,inget alt.kyckling eller nöt. Samma sak med pålägget och de glutenfria varianter.

Challenging
Pros:

I personally loved the location and the employees were good. The price was ok for the location. Breakfast had very good choices except the bread. Bread needs to be improved.

Cons:

So here is the list which needs to be improved:
1. There is no staff between 21.00 and 07.00. This imposes security risks, particularly, for lone women. There is a bar downstairs where many drunk men are gathering, screaming and fighting.
2. Someone decided to do construction works by my room at 10.00 A.M.! Yes, it is the morning but when we come later after enjoying the city we like to sleep until 12.00 or even 13.00. It was super-noisy. I am sure works were done inside the hotel.
3. WiFi was a bit too slow at some time points.
4. It would be good to have some fresh bread at the breakfast instead of having the one from packages. Otherwise, the breakfast was very good.
5. Do not leave cards on the table because someone else can take them. It was done when there was no staff.
6. For ironing facilities: there were no facilities. The iron looked quite burned and the board looked dirty. I think this needs to be fixed.
6. Single beds need to be a bit wider. It didn't look like a bed, more like a small couch.
