Matige totaalervaring - prijskwaliteit niet goed.
Pros:

Behulpzaam personeel. Onze toilet stopte laat op de avond met goed werken en bleef continu doorlopen, wat behoorlijk irritant was. Dit werd echter meteen opgelost door zowel het personeel als de manager.

Ook het bezoek van een grote duizendpoot op de kamer werd direct opgelost.

Verder had het hotel de perfecte douche!

Cons:

We boekten een kamer met privézwembad. Helaas heeft het hotel op verschillende punten dringend renovatie nodig. Zo lagen er losse tegels op het terras, waar je je gemakkelijk aan kunt snijden.

Daarnaast is er totaal geen sprake van een privégevoel. Het restaurant bevindt zich direct boven het terras en zwembad, waardoor gasten tijdens het eten recht op je ligbedden kijken. Dit geeft een erg ongemakkelijk en bekeken gevoel.

Gezien de prijs verwachten we een betere afwerking én beter concept. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen, dat vonden we allebei niet lekker.

Heerlijk verblijf in luxe suite
Pros:

Locatie was erg goed, suite met prive zwembad en fles bubbles bij aankomst geweldig. Erg luxe allemaal. Geen kleine kinderen.

Cons:

Buffet diner erg slecht. Wel veel keus, maar vlees en pastas erg droog en smakeloos. Eigenlijk waren alleen de groene en de Griekse salade redelijk.

Dejlig beliggenhed. Rolige naturskønne omgivelser.

Cons:

Sengen var ikke god. Madrassen var som på en gammeldags weekendseng.
Der var virkelig mange myg -på badeværelset 😳

Lovely peaceful stay just expensive when it comes to food and drink.
Pros:

Lovely property with fantastic views. Short walk into Zante town and to the sea. Tsville is a 10-15 min taxi drive also. Not a lot at/around the hotel to do but this made the hotel quiet and peaceful

Cons:

Pool is very very cold could definitely do with a heater in there. Food and beer is extremely expensive €18 for a gyros €8 for a side of chips and €6 for a small (330ml) can of beer. On top of this you aren’t allowed to bring any outside foot or drink to the pool area or bar area. The shop just outside the hotel was selling the same beers for €1.20
