Pros:

Στα καλά θα αναφέρω το κρασί καλωσορίσματος το δωράκι στο checkout και τη θέα. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο επίσης

Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση σε σχέση με την τιμή που ζητά. Αν η διαμονή κόστιζε γύρω στα 50€ τη βραδιά, η εμπειρία θα ήταν πιο αποδεκτή. Ειδικά το μπάνιο δείχνει ξεκάθαρα την ανάγκη για ανανέωση, ενώ η καθαριότητα κινήθηκε σε μέτρια έως χαμηλά επίπεδα.

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε προσδοκίες τετράστερου καταλύματος.

Θα ήταν καλή κίνηση να αντικατασταθούν τα μικρά μπουκαλάκια σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρου με πρακτικούς διανεμητές (dispensers), καθώς και τα σαπούνια με ένα ποιοτικό κρεμοσάπουνο. Επιπλέον, μια μηχανή εσπρέσο στο δωμάτιο και καφές φίλτρου στο πρωινό θα αναβάθμιζαν αισθητά την εμπειρία.

Το σίδερο που μας δόθηκε ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση, με μαυρισμένη πλάκα και κουμπιά γεμάτα άλατα.

Το δωμάτιο 404, παρόλο που είναι ευρύχωρο, είναι εργονομικά προβληματικό. Για παράδειγμα, τα φώτα του μπάνιου βρίσκονται πίσω από την πόρτα, κάτι που το κάνει άβολο στη χρήση. Η πόρτα του ψυγείου ανοίγει από μη πρακτική πλευρά, δυσκολεύοντας την πρόσβαση. Υπάρχει επίσης κενός χώρος που θα μπορούσε να αξιοποιηθεί με μια πολυθρόνα. Επιπλέον δεν παρέχεται Netflix ή κάποια συνδρομητική τηλεόραση.

Τέλος, τα μαξιλάρια, παρότι υπήρχαν αρκετά, ήταν πολύ ψηλά και άβολα, ειδικά για γυναικείο αυχένα.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και φάνηκε να προσπαθεί να εξυπηρετήσει, ωστόσο ορισμένοι νεότεροι υπάλληλοι έδειχναν άπειροι και όχι πλήρως οργανωμένοι.

Pros:

If you want a welcoming beautiful relaxing stay then this hotel is the place. Booked last minute on arrival recieved a free welcome drink free room upgrade with a sea view. Late check out was no problem on check out recieved a small gift beautiful people and beautiful hotel great location

Überaus freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Direkt am Anreisetag halfen Sie uns eine Fährverbindung nach Kefalonia für den Folgetag zu finden.
Da die Fähre an dem Tag für Fahrzeuge ausgebucht war, war eine spontane Buchung für eine weitere Nacht völlig unproblematisch.

Pros:

Friendly staff, but felt kinda incensiere. Seemed like some were very new, so they were a bit confused sometimes. -no criticism towards the staff, but perhapse how they were being told to do stuff and or managed could be better.

Amazing view over the town and nice pool area.

Cons:

Shampoo pumps/hand soap pumps in the bathroom didn't work
The juice machine were perhaps broken (weird juice)
Cleaning skipped our room 1 day
Smell from the bathroom (smelled like sewer)
Felt sorry for the girl sitting at the pool area. It looked very boring, and maybe her use could be done to someting more efficient.

Luxurious and comfortable with great views.
Pros:

The property had a very luxurious feeling and close to the main town (5-10 minute drive). The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included and it was delicious, highly recommend!!

Pros:

Świetna i bardzo pomocna obsługa zarówno na recepcji (udało się zamówić taxi, a także wynająć quada) jak i na basenie, codziennie wymieniane były ręczniki, piękne widoki zarówno z pokoju hotelowego jak i z basenu, smaczne śniadania - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ogólnie cisza i spokój :)

Cons:

Brak busików do miasta, ale za to można wynająć w recepcji samochód lub quada na dowolną ilość dni
