Cons:

Same poor breakfast for the past couple of days. The coffee has an artificial, powdered taste, and the pool towels are clearly well-used and really need to be replaced. Definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Une très bonne expérience et un établissement que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Pros:

Très bon séjour à l’Avalon Palace Hotel ! Le personnel est très accueillant et fait vraiment l’effort de nous comprendre malgré notre anglais limité, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les chambres sont propres, la vue depuis la piscine est très agréable et le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Nous avons aussi particulièrement aimé les petits chats qui se baladent devant l’hôtel, une petite touche sympathique qui nous a fait sourire.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est la télévision, qui est vraiment très ancienne et mériterait d’être modernisée.

Szép szálláshely, kedves személyzet.
Pros:

Nagyon szép helyen volt. Csodás kilátás.

Cons:

Kis tubusokba bekészített tusfürdő, nem volt rendes adagoló. Zsebkendő se volt. Vacsorán csak 2 féle gyümölcs és ilyen melegbe fizetős a fagylalt ami ráadásul olyan árba mint bent a belvárosba.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Avalon Palace Hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect space to relax after a long day of exploring.The dining experience was another major highlight of our trip. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and offered a fantastic variety of choices every single day. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to the amazing restaurant team, especially our three fantastic servers: the two Alexandros and Alexandra. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly energy made every meal a delightful experience.The entire hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warm hospitality and exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and cannot wait to return for another visit!

Stunning view, great relaxing holiday
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was big, comfortable with nice pillows. Air conditioning silent and working perfectly.
The private pool was the highlight of the holiday with amazing view, nice sunbeds and pool towels provided.
The staff was very kind and friendly, especially Thanasis at the reception and Alex at the bar/restaurant. They made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The infinity pool and the terrace were beautiful, with stunning view, we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets while having meals and drinks.
Breakfast buffet with plenty of sweet and savoury options. Every lunch, dinner, late bar bites we had were so tasty and the portions always big.
The position of the hotel is really good, you can easily visit every part of the island with a rental car, parking was included and always available.
Highly recommended!

Cons:

If we really need to find some small details to be picky about, we would say it was a bit uncomfortable to not have anywhere to hang our towels in the bathroom and the curtains in the bedroom were not covering the whole balcony and letting all the daylight through as they were not blackout curtains.
The private pool is not totally private as you have the bar terrace above and other rooms balconies, but we didn't have anyone bothering us.

Great location if you want an awesome view and short trip to the best of Zakynthos port area.
Pros:

Amazing view of harbor and sea from room balcony and Infinity pool! The staff was very good and helpful including "the Alex's" crew. The breakfast buffet was a great Greek spread with almost anything that you may be hungry for. Just a short walk up an olive tree lined driveway, there is a small general store and two coffee shops for the daily Frappe and other items (snacks, Mythos beer and wine) for the week. We drove to many of the beaches, but the hotel had easy Sprinter van transportation for the other things like dinners in town. Parking is very challenging in August at night.

Cons:

The bushes behind pool fence blocked some of the fantastic view from pool level, they should be cut down when tall.

Posizione dell'hotel bellissima con panorama spettacolare, ottima aria condizionata vista piscina e camera Deluxe invidiabile, ottima e abbondante colazione, nel complesso è stata una bella vacanza

Cons:

Le bevande incluse nella mezza pensione specialmente a cena non mi hanno per nulla soddisfatto, vino della casa veramente scadente, una bottiglia d'acqua compresa nel prezzo ma se volevi l'altra dovevi pagare, camerieri gentili però nemmeno il tempo di finire che venivamo a togliere i piatti anche se non erano vuoti, asfissiante, caffè troppo caro e non era nemmeno buono
