Great location, very nice except for street noise and lack of A/C in the hot summer.
Pros:

Nice hotel with a couple of negatives: 1) if you have a room overlooking Sveavägan (the main street) it gets noisy at night, sometimes very noisy -- like in the summer when boys cruise around in their noisy cars with loud music. 2) They say the rooms are "climate controlled" but there is no air conditioning, so that is very misleading. We had a heat spell and I had to close the windows because of the street noise and the "thermostat" only circulated the air for 5 minutes and then shut off.

Mooi en fijn hotel, in centrum stad. Vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Goed, volledig en divers. Mooi assortiment, leuk gepresenteerd en super dat er Zweedse producten beschikbaar waren. Verder uitgebreid. Wat je zou verwachten van dit hotel en dat het waarmaakt.

Cons:

De kamer was wat warm.
Wat enorm storend was en tegenviel was dat er elke dag tot diep in de nacht enorm hard gescheurd werd met motoren die heel veel lawaai maakten. Daardoor kon je raam niet open houden. Natuurlijk verwacht je wat geluid in een stad maar dit was echt asociaal. Ik hoop dat Miss Clara dit net de autoriteiten kan opnemen. Zonde van dit top hotel, wat verder buiten hun macht ligt.

Das Hotel liegt gut und hat ein sympathisches Flair! Frühstück war auch gut! Das Zimmer viel zu klein!
Pros:

Super Lage! Ruhig und doch zentral! Tunelbana in der Nähe, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr, sehr klein! Selbst das Bett mit 140 cm zu schmal.
Kein Platz für einen Kleiderschrank, die Klamotten hingen an 4 Kleiderbügeln an der Garderobe. Die Wäsche lag auf der Kommode unter dem Fernseher.

Meget serviceminded og venligt personale. Rent og pænt allevegne. Lækker, frisk og overdådig morgenbuffet - helt til kl 11.
Smukt restaureret bygning og flotte omgivelser, 24 timers receptionsservice. Centralt beliggende. Roligt. Gode senge. Ingen støj fra tilstødende værelser.

Não valeu a pena, hotel caro e sem ar condicionado.
Pros:

Gostei da localização e dos funcionários da recepção, foram muito prestativos.

Cons:

Não gostei dos quartos não terem ar condicionado, estava muito quente e dormimos muito mal por causa disso. O café da manhã também não é muito bom.
