Смешанные чувства.
Pros:

Заказывал номер с одной двуспальной кроватью, было две очень маленькие. Постоянно боялся упасть. Почему-то приходилось постоянно доказывать что завтрак у меня включён в стоимость проживания. Хотя за такие завтраки вообще брать деньги грех. )))) потом хотели выселить на день раньше. Опять пришлось доказывать что я не осел. За 5 дней проживания ни разу не убрались. Если заменить нервный и некомпетентный персонал на вежливых, будет гораздо лучше )))

Они не думают о своей репутации!
Pros:

Скажу сразу, что это было мое второе посещение данной гостиницы. В первый раз мы остались ваем очень довольны и поставили отелю 5. На обратном пути снова решили остановиться в этом отеле. Я забронировал этот отель через сайт за несколько дней до заезда. Мне пришло подтверждение. Когда мы приехали заселяться, нам сказали что свободных номеров нет!!! Отправили в другую гостиницу, которая оказалась хуже этой!!!!! Очень жаль, что этой гостинице наплевать на свою репутацию.
