Les chambres et lits sont confortable. Le personnel d'accueil est très agréable et serviable.
Le petit déjeuné n'est pas à la hauteur, service très long, parfois pas de café et les fruits se limites presque exclusivement à de la papaye.
Super location. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr sicheren Viertel von Cali und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir haben 5 Tage in der Presidentsuite übernachtet. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und hat auch als einziges Zimmer einen Balkon (mit einer Hängematte). Es gibt im Umkreis viele Cafes und Restaurants und auch das Granada Viertel ist nur 15 min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Hotel bietet einen Laundry Service an, welchen wir auch genutzt haben und damit sehr zufrieden waren.
Für Personen die einen leichten Schlaf haben, ist das Hotel sicher nicht geeignet. Es ist sehr laut nachts. Wir haben mit Oropax geschlafen, was es angenehmer gemacht hatte.
Außerdem ist das Frühstück (welches im Restaurant Turk House eingenommen wird) wirklich das schlechteste, welches in in ganz Kolumbien bekommen habe. Der Service dort hängt vom Mitarbeiter ab, aber teilweise waren wir dort alleine und haben 15-20 Minuten gewartet bis wir überhaupt bestellen konnten. Da sehe ich auf jeden Fall Verbesserungspotential.
Es gibt aber in der Umgebung mehrere gute Cafes mit leckerem Frühstück und gutem Service, so sind wir dann halt ausgewichen.

No hay agua caliente en las duchas
Llevo 3 años consecutivos hospedándome en el hotel y me sorprendió cómo han desmejorado el aseo. El baño estaba completamente sucio, con cabellos larguisimos en la ducha enredados en el cifón. Lástima porque las veces anteriores me había ido muy bien.
Adicional, en recepción, me iban a hacer un cobro adicional de seguro hotelero el cual no estaba contemplado dentro de la tarifa que daba booking ni dentro de los impuestos.
Exactly as photos- beautiful! The staff are lovely. The hotel is well maintained and everything is very clean. The facilities are incredible. The location is top notch. Very safe, lots of restaurants, bars, bakeries, clubs. We loved our stay. We got a discount for booking so far in advance.
No storage anywhere in the room, no surface in the bathroom to keep things on. The breakfast was pretty poor. I would definitely not pay for that in a cafe. We only continued to go because it was included in what we had already paid, and it was convenient for us to eat then leave

Kaum warmes wasser
El personal del hotel es muy amable. El hotel es bonito y las habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas, con minibar muy surtido y cajilla de seguridad. Un plus es que la reserva incluye desayuno y permiten guardar las maletas si uno llega muy temprano. Es una zona bonita y segura y se puede salir a cualquier hora. Los alrededores tienen cafés y bares para tomarse un buen coctel.
Solo hay tv nacional, sin posibilidad de conectar una app como directv go o netflix :(((
