Tranquila y recomendable
Pros:

Lo amplias que son las habitaciones, tiene varias mesas por si ocupas trabajar o comer dentro de la habitacion, el personal del hotel muy atento, y ni que decir de la limpieza ya que todo el tiempo se ve al personal haciendo aseo y preguntado si lo necesitas, fui con mi familia (mi esposa y 2 niñas) y nos gusto mucho la atencion.

Cons:

Quiza mejoraria el desayuno, podrian ofrecer algo estilo buffet, ya que muchas veces no se ocupa mucho de lo que ellos ofrecen en su carta (no es malo, solo que son opciones limitadas) y podria una estacion de cafe y/o agua. Ellos tinen una cafetera de pods en las habitaciones, pero solo dan 2 pods de cortesia por toda la estancia, si te quedas mas de 1 dia lo demas te lo cobran.

Estadía cómoda y agradable
Pros:

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel. Todo estuvo súper bien: el servicio, la limpieza y la atención del personal, siempre pendientes y con buena actitud.

La habitación cómoda y el ambiente muy agradable, perfecto para desconectarse un rato.

Sin duda volvería 👍

Cons:

Todo bien en general, pero creo que podrían mejorar algunos detalles en el servicio para que la experiencia sea completa.

Very good value. Super friendly staff.
Pros:

The people who work at El Penon are great. Our room was spacious and clean (if a bit dated).
The location is terrific.

Cons:

The breakfasts (at the restaurant next door to the hotel) weren't too good. We only ate there two out of the four mornings.
Our last day there was no hot water.
