Die Lage zum Flughafen war für unseren Zweck perfekt! Man hört auch fast gar nichts, obwohl er direkt nebenan liegt.
Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels haben mit viel Engagement, Ruhe und Freundlichkeit versucht, uns Gestrandeten in der außergewöhnliche Situation im Flugchaos des Irankriegs zu helfen! Hier auch nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle vom Team des Holiday Inn! Sie haben alles möglich gemacht (Late-Checkout, Option auf Verlängerung des Aufenthalts, Kommunikation mit Flughäfen, etc.), immer mit einem Lächeln. Das hat uns allen wirklich sehr geholfen!
Das Abendessen und Frühstück war spontan dazu buchbar und lecker, der Service war super! Alle haben sich bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!
Wir haben den kostenlosen Hotelshuttle einmal zum Strand und einmal zur Shoppingmall genutzt, was sehr gut geklappt hat und eine willkommene Abwechslung in dem ganzen Streß war.
Als wir unseren Rückflug antreten konnten, haben wir auch noch den vom Hotel angebotenen kostenlosen Flughafenshuttle in Anspruch genommen, ein guter Service!
Alles in allem: 2 Wochen Urlaub würden wir in diesem Hotel wohl eher nicht machen, aber unter unseren Umständen war es einfach perfekt - DANKE, THANK YOU, MERCI !!!

High value for money !!!
Pros:

Very convenient location next to the airport,provided free shuttle to the airport , mall and a private beach! Clean and decent breakfast and restaurant/room service options! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The driver Nizam took me to day tours safely and showed me so many stuff!! Totally recommend!!!🩵🩵🩵

I checked into room 136 and found a large cockroach in the room.
I went down to reception to speak with the Duty Manager. The receptionist did not say anything, she only called the Duty Manager.
The Duty Manager was polite and apologised, and he changed my room.

I was moved to room 220 as an “upgrade”, however it did not feel like an upgrade. The linen had an unpleasant smell, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the mattress was very poor. There were also no slippers provided.

To my surprise, I also found a small lizard on the wall. After a long flight, this made it very difficult for me to relax and I did not sleep well.

The restaurant service was also very poor. The tables were dirty and when I ordered my food, I asked for water, but it was never served. The pizza was also not good.
There were many staff members present, but no one came to check on me or ask about my food or if I needed anything.

Holiday Inn used to have proper standards before, but this hotel does not even meet the level of a 2-star hotel.

izjemen zajtrk, vse, od sadja sokov, kave, jajc na več načinov, rogljiči, prostorna soba, čista, grelnik vode, kava, čaj, restavracija spodaj za kosilo, večerjo, bazen, brisače za bazen, ležalniki, prostor za kajenje, prijaznost osebja, lokacija 5 min od letališča, brezplačen prevoz iz letališča in nazaj, brezplačen prevoz na bližnjo plažo in nakupovalno središče in nazaj, prijaznost osebja, možnost podaljšanja bivanja do odhoda zaradi leta, tukaj bila že drugič, zelo priporočljivo
