The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking distance from the nearest bus stop. The view from the hotel window is excellent. The staff is very helpful. You will find a hand bidet in the toilet which is rare in Europe...

Great city centre hotel
Pros:

Smart and well equipped hotel with great views over the valley up to the city centre. Decent breakfast and good instruction about parking nearby.

Wonderful location, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location with a view of the Duomo. We arrrived on our bikes soaked from the rain, and the staff helped us to store our bikes and get to our room right away. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. We could even see the duomo from our window. Additionally the breakfast was exceptional, exceeding our expectations.

Cons:

Practically speaking, the rooms are close to the historical center, so if people are loud in the streets, you may hear them. I’m a light sleeper, so I used ear plugs to fall asleep and had no problem.

Quaint hotel with Duomo views
Pros:

Perfect historic center hotel. Bed is high quality comfort. Shower good water pressure, always hot water. Room service daily. Buffet breakfast area each morning.
Giorgio at 24/7 front desk is a delight.

Excellent location, views and value
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location - you are just inside the ZTL. The room is plain but is extremely clean. The breakfast was very pleasant with a lot of variety.

Cons:

It is a little tricky to get the luggage to the property if you do not want to enter the ZTL. The hotel had sent instructions but you needed to be able to print out a permit which was not possible. The staff directed us to a free parking lot, a 10-15 minute walk away.

Lekker centraal in Siena in een voormalig klooster
Pros:

Gelegen tegen het centrum. Fietsen in een aparte ruimte. Wel even een trapje af met de fietsen. Door Siena fietsen is wat minder door de hoogte verschillen en gebieden die zijn afgesloten voor fietsers

Langs degraderen baantje voor de fietsen.

Un bel soggiorno nel cuore di Siena
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, ottima posizione e vista dal balconcino spettacolare. Di buon livello la colazione e in generale il servizio!

Cons:

Segnalo in particolare alle persone alte come me che (almeno nella stanza in cui ho soggiornato io) potrebbero trovare un po' scomodi il letto (un po' corto) e i servizi igienici (lavandino basso, bidet incassato). Inoltre, lo scarso isolamento acustico (sia rispetto all'esterno che rispetto alle altre stanze) potrebbe risultare problematico per chi non ha il sonno leggero.
