Would stay here again. Love it!
Pros:

酒店的房子体现出山城的特点，每一层都有出口，对我来说很新奇。房子很干净，早饭相对品种丰富，我们退房后还有包裹寄存处，非常方便，总之，在锡耶纳遇到的这个酒店我很满意。

Très bon établissement
Pros:

L’accueil,le personnel,les chambres, le petit déjeuner tout était super.
Il faudrait néanmoins une navette entre le parking(hors Zone trafic limite)et l’hôtel.

Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno, es cómodo, está limpio y la ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Las paredes muy finas y se escucha todo del resto de habitaciones y el detector de incendios en mitad del techo tiene una luz parpadeante que en ocasiones molesta.

Super confortável e o café da manhã é fenomenal!

Cordialidade e organização

Cons:

A única “complicação” é não poder estacionar próximo ao hotel, mas o funcionário do hotel foi super atencioso em mostrar onde poderíamos estacionar e fez um mapa para nos auxiliar a voltar para o hotel mais rápido.

Pieno centro ma Check-in da rivedere

Purtroppo non siamo stati in grado di apprezzare nulla, in quanto il check-in non ha colpito particolarmente.

La "ricerca" dell'ingresso!

Data l'ora tarda (circa le 23) non ci aspettavamo un comitato di accoglienza, ma qualcuno che ci venisse incontro SI!
Era necessario salire al 4° piano! per il check-in ma NESSUNO ci ha detto nulla... Nel salire abbiamo potuto ammirare i piani intermedi molto più simili ad una RSA che ad un Hotel...
Forse è sbagliato il NOME della struttura!! NON PUO' ESSERE UN HOTEL!
