Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. Localização fantástica, quarto enorme e cama deliciosa, cordialidade e restaurante Zijin Mansion é simplesmente maravilhoso.

Beijing Gem.
Pros:

I stayed five nights at the Waldorf in a premier room overlooking the street. The room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was enormous and very modern.

The hotel service was top-notch, especially Caffrey the Concierge. He was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions about Beijing, especially since it was my first time there.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Beijing, just a 10-minute walk from the Forbidden City. There are also many high-end shops and department stores right outside the hotel.

My only suggestion is that the breakfast lobby can get quite busy in the mornings due to the limited space and food choices. Otherwise, there’s nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Great place to go but not sure would recommend for a solo traveller.
Pros:

Everything. Room great, setup and location very central. Resturants excellent. Sommelier outstanding. Breakfast fabulous.

An extraordinary stay — truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had
Pros:

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing for four nights to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday, and I can honestly say it was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I have ever had anywhere in the world.

I have been fortunate enough to stay in many five-star hotels, so I do not say this lightly: what sets this hotel apart is not just the beautiful property, the elegance, or the luxury — it is the people. The staff here take hospitality to a completely different level. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such genuine warmth, grace, and attentiveness that we felt less like guests and more like honoured friends.

What impressed me most was the way the team seemed to notice and remember every little detail. Nothing ever felt forced or scripted. Every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere. There is a level of care here that is incredibly rare, even in the very best hotels.

They made an especially wonderful fuss of my daughter for her birthday, and that meant so much to us. They turned what was already a special trip into a truly unforgettable celebration. It is those thoughtful touches — the ones you do not expect, but never forget — that made this stay so remarkable.

I want to give special recognition to Young and Yangchenjing at breakfast, who were both absolutely outstanding. Every single morning, despite the restaurant being busy, they somehow made us feel as though we were the only people there. Their attentiveness, kindness, professionalism, and warmth were simply spectacular. They started each day in such a lovely way and made breakfast feel like an experience in itself rather than just a meal. They are a credit not only to the hotel, but to the very meaning of true hospitality.

And the hotel itself is magnificent. The property is beautifully designed, luxurious, calm, and elegant — a perfect sanctuary in the middle of Beijing, which is such a vibrant, intense, fascinating, and beautiful city. After a day out exploring, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to a peaceful haven.

Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. It is very rare to leave a hotel feeling that absolutely everything was right, but that is exactly how I felt here. I genuinely could not have asked for more.

This was not just a luxury hotel stay — it was a special experience that my daughter and I will always remember. I have no doubt that every hotel I stay in after this will have a lot to live up to.

To everyone at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing, thank you for making such an important celebration feel so magical and so memorable.

My best staying in Beijing so far
Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel twice, once in 2018 and I just came back from staying there in march 2026. I checked some of the hotel reviews in tripadvisor to choose the best staying, and gladly I'm not choosing wrong one. Waldorf Beijing is still the best for us.
Location : is very near to Wangfujing, shopping area, Palace Museum, Tiananmen Square, National Museum and very near to metro station.
Rooms is very spacious, clean and so is the bathroom, which is also have bidet (which sometimes other hotels dont have) and we are very grateful to have been upgraded with our Hilton Gold member.
and at last for their service, I must give them a thumb up. I left my clothes inside the room after check out, they still informs us and help us to send to our relatives in China.
Thanks to Waldorf for giving us a good memory for a place to stay in Beijing, hope we will stay there again for the third times.
