Fantastica Pechino

Work harder on the breakfast

The staff was amazing, especially Kate. Room was great!

Cons:

Breakfast can be better, omelet was cold and not that perfect.( spa zone is dark(its in the underground, and have little place to chill by the pool.

Wonderful hotel with an exceptional team
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria Beijing, even if only for one (unfortunately very short) night.

The concierge service was truly outstanding. Special thanks to Rice Wang, Castil Mu, and the entire concierge team – absolutely top class. They assisted us flawlessly with airport transfers, fast-lane airport service, dinner reservations, and package handling. Everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care, making our stay completely stress-free.

The room was excellent – spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was top quality, with a great selection and refined presentation. The hotel’s central location is another big plus, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Sadly, due to time constraints, we did not manage to try the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Zijin Mansion, which is definitely on our list for the next visit.

A truly world-class hotel with an exceptional team. We will absolutely return – and hopefully stay longer next time. Highly recommended!

Good Experience
Pros:

I had a great experience here. We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the room service was very attentive. In the evening, my mom and I went to the spa. The front desk staff, Joy and Vivienne, were very warm and welcoming, and they explained the treatments in detail and answered all of our questions. The therapists, Angela and Lily, gave extremely comfortable massages with excellent techniques, and they were also very friendly.
