Pros:

Если честно в это пребывание консьерж Катерина увеличила удовольствие от пребывания на 300% она всегда сама звонила/писала, бронировала спа, рестораны. Очень учтива , внимательна, вежливая, потрясающий человек. Мы остались очень и очень довольны. Мы каждый вечер заказывали в номер ужин- это очень удобно с ребенком, было вкусно, даже дети остались довольны в Китае сложно накормить детей. В целом весь персонал очень внимательный. Катерине отдельное спасибо, особенно за помощь с переездом в другой отель.

The best accomodation in our life!!!
Pros:

Everything. This hotel is one of the best where we’ve ever been to. I must admit that the bed is as soft as cloud, this is the best bed in the world, literally. Breakfasts are delicious, the service is excellent.

A Memorable First Trip Back to BeijiNg
Pros:

This was my first trip back to Beijing in a long time, and I chose to stay at the Waldorf Astoria. From the moment we arrived, everything started off on the right note. Getting out of our ride, entering the lobby, and checking in was smooth and efficient.

Unfortunately, I lost access to my phone’s data shortly after arriving, which, in China, made it nearly impossible to do anything. I was stressed and trying to figure out a solution when two wonderful concierge team members, Sanda and Kate, stepped in. They went above and beyond to help me get connected again. Without their patience and kindness, navigating the city would have been extremely difficult. They also helped us secure restaurant reservations, which made our trip much more enjoyable. They truly turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I can’t thank them enough.

The room was comfortable and about what I expected from the brand. While it was well maintained overall, I did notice some wear in the interiors, and there was a bit of residue in the shower. I do have very high standards when it comes to room cleanliness, so this may not bother everyone.

The gym is on the smaller side, and although I didn’t have a chance to use the pool, it looked nice.

Breakfast was included with our stay. It was very busy during the time we went, so perhaps we just caught the morning rush. The breakfast area felt a bit small for the number of guests, and service understandably seemed stretched. The staff were constantly running around, and our empty plates weren’t cleared while we were dining. That said, we were on vacation and not in a hurry, so it didn’t negatively impact our overall experience.

What really stood out throughout the hotel was the consistently warm and welcoming service. Whether it was the concierge, front desk, or staff greeting us by the elevators and in the hallways, everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to help.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the outstanding hospitality—especially from Sanda and Kate—made all the difference. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

The hotel failed to provide the accommodation conditions stated in the booking confirmation.

My reservation was for 3 guests, which means the hotel was required to provide 3 sleeping places and 3 breakfasts. Instead, upon arrival they offered a non-folding sofa that would barely fit my Yorkshire Terrier, let alone a 12-year-old child.

At check-in, the hotel demanded an additional payment of approximately €600 to provide proper accommodation. I refused because the booking clearly included accommodation for three guests, and the hotel was obligated to provide three sleeping places and three breakfasts without any extra charges.

Rather than honoring the confirmed reservation, the hotel tried to charge more money on arrival. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury hotel.

I cancelled my stay and checked into the nearby another hotel instead, where they immediately provided proper beds and breakfasts for all three guests without any issues.

This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from Waldorf Astoria. I cannot recommend this hotel.

ottima posizione , stanza king superior con balcone spaziosa luminosa con toilette doppia . colazione ottima con varietà di scelte , anche a la carte e con prodotti di alta qualità

la lobby ha pochi posti a sedere , se si vuole leggere o passare del tempo bisogna accomodarsi al bar. il bar è spesso utilizzato da terzi (non ospiti) per feste o servizi fotografici, musica ad alto volume e riflettori/spot per foto che disturbano gli ospiti dell'hotel

Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Chambres spacieuses et très bien décorées, avec beaucoup de goût et beaucoup de soin.Salle de bain très agréable. Le bar de hôtel est très bien, à la fois pour boire un verre ou pour prendre un plat rapide. Le personnel de chambre est parfait!

Cons:

La brasserie dont la carte est très limité en option végétariennes.

Excelente hotel en una ubicación inmejorable. Puedes ir andando a la ciudad prohibida y al lado de comercios y centro comercial con restaurantes.
El desayuno International es muy bueno.
Waldorf está al nivel que se espera y no defrauda
