Pros:

The hotel looks good in the lobby, but quite dated for the price. The breakfast is just ok for that price.

Cons:

The hotel staff brought three polices to check my luggage and our passport during night time, which I felt my privacy had been compromised.

Wonderful Hospitality and Great Concierge Service
Pros:

We had a very positive stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. There was initially some miscommunication regarding our room arrangement, but the staff responded immediately, resolved the issue efficiently, and offered thoughtful gestures that we greatly appreciated.

The support from the Concierge team was excellent throughout our stay, and we also had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant.

While not everything may be perfect at all times, what impressed us most was the staff’s genuine commitment to responding quickly and doing their best to resolve any issue. Their professionalism and attentive service made a real difference to our overall experience.

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Waldorf Astoria Beijing.

Pros:

Geweldig hotel goede restaurants en ontbijt. De locatie is zeer goed en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor ons was dit één van de beste 5-sterren hotels die we hebben bezocht.

Solid option, not a five stars experience
Pros:

Great location, a rather comfortable room, and a nice breakfast.

Cons:

The room was a bit old, with an outdated TV; the Wi-Fi was rather slow. We also had a relatively unpleasant experience with the service in the restaurant, but the staff later offered remediation.
