Wonderful hotel with an exceptional team
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria Beijing, even if only for one (unfortunately very short) night.

The concierge service was truly outstanding. Special thanks to Rice Wang, Castil Mu, and the entire concierge team – absolutely top class. They assisted us flawlessly with airport transfers, fast-lane airport service, dinner reservations, and package handling. Everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care, making our stay completely stress-free.

The room was excellent – spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was top quality, with a great selection and refined presentation. The hotel’s central location is another big plus, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Sadly, due to time constraints, we did not manage to try the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Zijin Mansion, which is definitely on our list for the next visit.

A truly world-class hotel with an exceptional team. We will absolutely return – and hopefully stay longer next time. Highly recommended!

Good Experience
Pros:

I had a great experience here. We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the room service was very attentive. In the evening, my mom and I went to the spa. The front desk staff, Joy and Vivienne, were very warm and welcoming, and they explained the treatments in detail and answered all of our questions. The therapists, Angela and Lily, gave extremely comfortable massages with excellent techniques, and they were also very friendly.

The hotel boasts a stylish design, is impeccably clean, and is situated in an excellent location. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, with the concierge assisting in organizing transfers, day trips, and excursions, thereby contributing to a wonderful stay.

住宿地點非常好，可以走路到故宮及王府井，地鐵也很近，專屬管家貼心，使命都能很妥善地完成，旁邊的采耳店鋪推薦去試試。紫金閣的菜色及服務也很優秀。

Un buon profumo ovunque, tutto pulito.
La camera era molto bella il letto comodo.
La colazione era buonissima, posizione centrale .

Cons:

È inaccettabile dover fare la fila a colazione la mattina, è capitato solo una volta, probabilmente lamentare hanno sistemato ed aggiunto altri tavoli.
Non c’è la sauna, e c’è solo il bagno turco che non è nulla di che.
Nel bagno dove c’è il bagno turco, non ci sono posti per appendere l’accappatoio, può sembrare una sciocchezza ma invece era un problema perché praticamente non sapevi dove metterlo.
L’inglese non lo parla quasi nessuno del personale, però molto meglio rispetto a tante altri posti visitati in Cina.
