Goede ligging, dichtbij station. Dichtbij AFAS Live. Parkeerplaats voor de auto

Cons:

Lange wachtrij bij inchecken bij de receptie.
Wij hadden van tevoren geboekt en betaald. Moet een manier zijn om dan al je kamer in te kunnen.

Cons:

Zimmerkarten funktionierten zwischendurch nicht mehr und mussten neu codiert werden, obwohl sie nicht zusammen aufbewahrt worden waren. Seife wurde trotz Hinweis an der Rezeption wärend des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nachgefüllt und war schon bei Ankunft leer. Ausfahrticket funktionierte bei erneutem Ausfahren nicht, auch nach erneuter Freischaltung. Nach Klingeln an der Schranke und Erläuterung wurde erst nach wiederholtem Klingeln geöffnet.

Nooit meer Holiday Inn Express
Cons:

Teveel zaken gingen verkeerd in het hotel. Housekeeping die ongevraagd de kamer binnenkwam. Een volgende dag stond de kamerdeur gewoon open zodat iedereen de kamer kon binnenlopen (‘foutje’ van housekeeping volgens het baliepersoneel). De dag erna geen toegang meer tot de kamer (badgen waren gedeactiveerd). De term Express in de naam staat duidelijk voor minderwaardige service. Al meermaals in het aangrenzende Holiday Inn verbleven en nooit enig probleem gehad.

De locatie was perfect voor het bezoeken van een interland in de Arena. Ontbijt was prima.

Lastig dat niet al het personeel Nederlands spreekt. Ook erg onhandig dat niet duidelijk wordt wat bij Holiday inn hoort en wat bij Holiday inn Express. “Nee, de ontbijtzaal voor express is op verdieping 2, dit is alleen voor Holliday inn” . Ondanks dat alleen de ontbijtzaal naar verdieping 1 staat aangegeven.
