Affordable hotel, but difficult to enter and exit as a pedestrian with poor access to the malls.
Pros:

Rooms were cleaned regularly, and bed was comfortable. Generally staff were polite but struggled with language. A quiet place to be able to converse with colleagues around the lobby/restaurant area.

Cons:

The restaurant had extremely limited offerings in terms of food and drinks. Often the wine was finished, so couldn't get what i wanted at that time. Service was very slow and they struggled with English -- a crucial language barrier if hosting guests from outside the country.
