Pros:

Exelente hotel. Todo muy bonito y nuestra estancia fue acogedora. La atención del personal exelente y la comida muy buena y con mucha variedad
Sin duda si regresamos a Cartagena regresariamos por una estancia más larga.

La.alcoba muy cómoda

Cons:

Las alcobas sucias con animales y polvo. Aunque uno deje en el suelo las toallas no las cambian. El desayuno muy grasoso no hay opciones light. Para hacer el check out media hora esperando.

La piscina.

Cons:

Varias cosas, la habitación tenía olor feo a humedad, limpiaron varias veces pero volvía, el restaurante principal fue deshabilitado durante mi estadía, tuvimos que desayunar y cenar junto a la piscina tardaban demasiado los pedidos, pedimos desayuno para viajero para llevarlo al tour el cual no fue preparado, quisieron entregarlo al final pero ya nos teníamos que ir.
