Pros:

Buenos desayunos. Exquisita la piscina. Buena atención en general. Pieza muy cómoda y aire acondicionado siempre.

Cons:

El personal ingresaba a la habitación cuando querían con nosotros dentro. Era bien incomodo pues no se sentía un espacio privado.
Además la ubicación.
Esta muy lejos de la ciudad amurallada.

Le lit est assez confortable et le jacuzzi vieillissant n’est pas mal .
Et certaines personnes du personnel très sympa

L’accueil à la réception ils ne sont pas accueillant. Très long le Check in 45 min .
Les bagages, les prennent pour avoir un pourboire . La chambre et plus chère qu’en France ! Alors que d’autres hôtel plus récent et plus chic sont moins cher . À medellin 85€ pour du luxe . ( notre hôtel celui d’avant a été annulé ) apparemment ce qui arrive souvent à carthagene . L’hôtel aurait grand besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Très vieillot ! Et abîmé ! Le petit déjeuner infect ! Nous aimons tout depuis notre arrivée mais cet hôtel propose pour 100€/ nuit ! Un déjeuner infect !

Drap de très mauvaise qualité ! En polyester .. en coton on y dormirait mieux , surtout quand il fait si chaud . Une vue sur des tuyaux et une mer marron . Et pour le final alors que l’eau n’est pas potable ! Ils nous facture la bouteille d’eau !!!
Nous ne viendrons plus à carthagene . Fuyez cet hôtel

In the past this might have been a good hotel
Pros:

The reception staff is very friendly, always a smile and trying hard to help you with everything. Also the security staff was very helpful, attentive and observant. Generally you have the feeling there are a lot of people working for this hotel and its guests.

Cons:

The room was pretty underwhelming for the price. There was mold in the AC and you could constantly smell it. I developed a cough in the first night that was gone shortly after I checked out of the hotel. The AC was controllable, but after 30 minutes or so set itself back to default settings that was too cold. The bathroom, toilet and cupboard area was seperated by a glass door from the sleeping area and there was no AC, it was hot and damp, total contrast to the rest of the room. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness though. After I checked into the room I had a shower and walked the few meters from the bathroom to the bed and the soles of my feet were black! Besides that you could see everywhere in the hotel, that this was once a good hotel, but now there is need for renovations everywhere. The staff does their best, but it seems like management doesn't want to put money back into the hotel.

Pros:

Lo que mas me gusto fue la zona de piscinas ya que viajabamos con 4 ninos pequenos. Las habitaicones son comodas y el hotel esta muy cerca al aeropuerto y es fácil de desplazarse de allí a los otros sitios en taxi de la ciudad

Bare minimum but close to the airport.
Pros:

Close to the airport and spacious big rooms.

Cons:

Very old, needs a good renovation, the doors don’t close properly, breakfast could be better, and you can not control the AC speed. The temperature is the only thing you can adjust. Horrible. Was difficult to set an ideal temperature, especially with a baby.
