Que estaba algo retirado del centro
Cuando fui con mi familia los cuartos olian a mucha humedad y todos los cuartos estaban igual el olor era fuerte lo cual decidí cancelar la reserva xq mi hija de un año y mi esposa son alérgicas ala humedad y lo cual me devolvieron lo pagado en el hotel con mi tarjeta lo cual le pido ala página Booking.com tbm atender mi problema ya q reserve con mi tarjeta y así anulen para no tener problemas en el futuro gracias
El hotel cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada y destaca por la excelente atención de su personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sus instalaciones son de muy buen nivel. Dispone de tres piscinas, una de ellas especialmente diseñada para niños, con toboganes y juegos de agua, lo que la convierte en una excelente opción para familias.
El desayuno es variado y va cambiando cada día, lo que lo hace más atractivo durante la estadía. Además, el hotel cuenta con un restaurante con una carta interesante y precios razonables. También facilitan toallas para la piscina y dispone de gimnasio, sauna, spa y otros servicios que lo convierten en una alternativa muy completa e integral.
Para recorrer la ciudad, ir a la playa o contar con un traslado seguro y atención personalizada, recomiendo contactar a Raúl (celular +57 323 520 2233), quien se ubica a la salida del hotel. Nos trasladó al Aviario, a distintas playas y a varios sectores de la ciudad. Además, ofrece la opción de contratarlo por el día completo para realizar un tour personalizado y conocer la ciudad con mayor comodidad y flexibilidad.
El Hotel podría colocar música en el sector de la piscina todos los días (hubieron algunos días de la semana donde no había música).
También podrían evaluar mejorar las actividades del Pub del Hotel.

It was my first time in Cartagena. The hotel is huge, with different pools. We enjoyed our room as it was extra spacious. We ordered a suite, so we had a living room with a couch + bedroom. Both very spacious and we could both work from these spaces just fine. The bed was very very comfortable.
The hotel needs some maintenance work as some spots are getting rusty and old. Also, despite the many counters, we always got caught up in a long line at the reception. Not too sure whether it's their system or what that keeps slowing down the line, but waiting time for even just a quick question was a little too much.
El desayuno como todo GHL no decepciona, el sauna, el spa, las piscinas, la vista de las habitaciones al mar y con balcón, la ubicación en una localidad tranquila y aparentemente segura. Nos dieron habitación antes del check in :) relación calidad-costo inmejorable.
El olor en las habitaciones pero es debido a la cercanía del mar, el restaurante debería tener más variedad en el el menú.
