The staff were polite and friendly.
The hotel’s location was very convenient.
I really liked the lounge décor.

Cons:

Although the bed linen was changed daily and towels were provided upon request, the room was never vacuumed. There was no drinking water or bathroom amenities available. In the lounge area on the first floor, bringing outside food or even water was strictly prohibited — you couldn’t even bring something small to have with your tea.
