We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent: it's very close to the underground station, making it easy to get to the airport and explore the city. We would definitely stay here again.
The only downside was that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator, which would have made our stay even more convenient.

We were chased out of garden area rather rudely when eating a piece of fruit - being told we not allowed to eat things we bring into the hotel- bearing in mind the hotel menu sells cheese on toast and nuts and crisps- nothing proper to eat…
No tea- or coffee making facilities in the room- you have to buy overpriced tea at the bar and get tea with rather tepid water…
Housekeeping made beds but did not replace toilet roll or other tissues🤷🏼♀️
Super Lage und angemessene Preise. Direkt am Prater und nur wenige Minuten vom U -Bahnhof entfernt. Man kommt zügig überall hin.
Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, sauberen Zimmern und einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hotelbar mit ihrer hervorragenden Auswahl an Gin-Sorten. Für Gin-Liebhaber ist sie definitiv ein echtes Highlight des Hauses. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder!
Als kleine Anregung würde ich mir für die Zukunft einen Minibar-Service sowie Tee- und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer wünschen. Das würde den Komfort für die Gäste noch zusätzlich erhöhen.
