Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was excellent and felt very safe, which made it easy to relax and explore the area. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated having access to the pool—it was the perfect way to unwind and cool off after a busy day.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I disliked. I would just say don’t get your washing done here as it’s very expensive.

Pros:

La localisation est parfaite en plein centre de carthagène, le petit déjeuner est super bon avec plusieurs options, la salle du petit déjeuner est belle avec un beau balcon, l’architecture de la maison est belle et le salon est magnifique. Le ménage passe chaque jour et on rafraichit la chambre chaque soir quand on est sorti pour diner. Le lit est super confortable. La terrasse et la piscine sur le toit sont agréables pour se reposer.

Cons:

Sur booking nous avons choisi une chambre de 25 m carré et nous avons eu une chambre plus petite de 22m carré et le réceptionniste n’a fait aucun effort pour réctifier celà. En arrivant, on a trouvé un petit mot de bienvenue mais avec le nom d’une autre personne, je l’ai remis au réceptionniste mais aucune excuse ou attention. Nous n’avions pas de miroir dans la chambre. Nous avions un séjour de 3 nuits et les produits de bain (mouchoir ou coton) n’ont pas été remis quand nous avions utilisés ceux qui étaient là. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue donc du bruit la nuit mais on s’y attendait.

Très bel établissement du 17 ième siècle bien rénové.

Cons:

En fait nous avons été un peu inquiet en arrivant à l’enregistrement. Sans charme, genre hôtel deux étoiles. Le personnel était très accueillant mais nous nous sommes inquiété de la suite. Ce qui s’est avéré de très bonne tenue. Meubles et équipements et piscine mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Hotel situato nel pieno centro storico di Cartagena e pertanto in posizione ottima per poter girare comodamente a piedi sia di giorno che di notte. L'hotel è sicuramente suggestivo, trattandosi di un edificio coloniale perfettamente tenuto, ristrutturato e che allo stesso tempo ha conservato i suoi tratti originari.
La colazione à alla carta e si può scegliere tra tre diverse opzioni, non c'è molta varietà, ma alla fine il cibo non è poco e spazia dal dolce al salato, oltre alla frutta.
Ho trovato l'albergo molto pulito e lo staff disponibile.

Cons:

Decisamente caro rispetto a quello che offre. Sicuramente il prezzo elevato è dovuto alla posizione (pieno centro) e al fatto di essere un hotel boutique, però l'ho trovato veramente esagerato per il tipo di albergo, che benché bello, non valeva la cifra pagata. Infatti una delle due stanze che abbiamo prenotato, quella standard, era veramente piccola e non si poteva praticamente aprire la finestra per via del rumore dei motori dell'aria condizionata delle altre stanze, dando nel chiostro interno. Migliorerei l'offerta della colazione.

Um sonho de hotel.
Pros:

Tudo. Maravilhoso. Cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, janela com isolamento de som. Decoração impecável. Incrível. Tem bicicletas para passear pela cidade. Café da manhã diferenciado.

Had a great stay, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Had a great stay. The room was lovely - cute, clean, safe, quiet, and had good aircon. Shared facilities are great - shared lounge area, small balconies overlooking the streets and lovely rooftop pool. The staff are really lovely and attentive and even let us use the pool after checkout.

Cons:

Not much to complain about - main complaint would just be that there wasn't much natural light in the room.

Pros:

lo mejor del alojamiento fue la atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo. También la ubicación es excepcional, si lo que buscas en la historia de la ciudad esta cerca de todo.

Cons:

todo me gusto, pero creo que es importante mencionar que al ser un edificio antiguo tiene muchas escaleras, por lo que puede ser complejo para personas mayores que tienen dificultades de movilidad, en nuestro caso no fue un problema.
