This is my second time staying here and I’m happy I came back.
The hotel location is great - close to city life and the airport.

Breakfast was included with my stay, and it was a great way to start each morning. The best part was the fresh omelet made by Chef Ali. It was so delicious that I made it into a sandwich every day and enjoyed it with a café latte. The front desk staffs were also very nice. Special thanks to Linda!

Very bad staff and a very disappointing experience.
The bathroom was not working. I called the reception five times, and each time they were unable to fix the problem.
To make matters worse, after attempting to fix the bathroom, they shut off the water supply to the toilet, leaving it unusable.
They also failed to provide drinking water. When I called to request water, they told me their system showed that I had already received it, even though I hadn't received anything.
No one came to clean the room until I complained repeatedly and raised my voice.
It felt like everyone expected money just to do their job.
If you don't know how to treat your guests, it's better to close the hotel. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The only reason I completed my stay was because the location was excellent and convenient for finishing my work. Otherwise, I would have checked out much earlier.
