+ Good location, walking distance from Pylos center
+ After an incident we had with a cockroach appearing in our bathroom, the next day upon request we were provided with a bug spray and the girl in the reception was very understanding.
+ Regular change of towels and soap was provided
+ Breakfast had a variety of choices
- One night we found a large and very active cockroach in the bathroom. We went to the reception to request for some bug spray but the employee was sleeping on the couch with a blanket. Ringing the bell didn't wake him up so we eventually killed the cockroach ourselves.
- There was no clothes rack to hang the clothes and towels to dry. One could easily be added in the balcony. Or at least they could tie some rope for this purpose.
- The windows have no window screen. As a result you can't open them without the risk of mosquitoes and other insects entering the room.
- The toilet seat was broken. It need to be replaced.
- Breakfast could have some more fresh food. Most things were consumed so were fresh. But one or two times we had some sliced cheese that was old and had started becoming stiff on the edges.
- No water hose to wash the sand off your feet before entering the hotel.
- Some employees weren't polite and most don't ever greet you. When we checked in a middle aged female receptionist told us there's a public parking nearby but when asked she didn't bother providing more details. As a result we parked far the first time and later found out the nearby parking. One day the elevators were all out of order, we asked a young asian male employee if they work, he said no and he didn't bother telling us where the stairs are. We asked and he wasn't sure so he had to come with us to make sure and show us.

Location, sea view from my room (202), cleanness, polite staff, room service and great breakfast. Overall, I’ve never been so happy from a hotel, checked all the boxes sufficiently.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία της Πύλου, όπου αν θέλαμε να πάμε στο χωριό ήταν πραγματικά η απόσταση 2' με τα πόδια. Επίσης διαθέτει δημοτικό πάρκινγκ με πολλές διαθέσιμες θέσεις, όπου παρκάρεις εύκολα και γρήγορα. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Την πρώτη μέρα μας ενημέρωσαν για ταβέρνες και αξιοθέατα που προτείνουν. Το πρωινό διαθέτει μεγάλη ποικιλία. Το δωμάτιο μας βρισκόταν στον 3ο όροφο του ξενοδοχείου και ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και πολύ όμορφο. Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Είχαμε πολύ όμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι σε σημείο που το βράδυ προτιμούσα να πιω ένα κοκτέιλ στο μπαλκόνι, παρά να βγω. Το μπάνιο περιλάμβανε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο και ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο. Γενικά τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. The balcony vue is stunning. Very clean, you can find a kettle and an espresso machine in the room with capsule refill. The location is great and central for accessing different beautiful beaches around Pylos. But what makes is an excellent choice is the staff, very friendly and helpful. Thank you Natacha for all your assistance and recommendations and Hue for your nice smile and the welcome every time we see you. Breakfast is very good.
Nothing really. But adding some shelfs or even better a cabinet with a couple of drawers would be nice for storing clothing

Camera spaziosa e pulita. La posizione è centralissima, possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente vicino all'hotel. Colazione varia e abbondante, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.
