Karalis Beach Hotel

Karalis Beach Hotel was fantastic. We loved our stay.
The rooms are spacious and have amazing views (I assume all of them are on the water side).
The breakfast is worth it alone. So much to choose from and eggs cooked how you would like. Delicious.
The parking is super easy. At the end of the road so lots of free, street parking.
A two minute walk into the town but a quiet oasis.
We highly recommend.

Under no circumstances book the ‘castle view’ room (206?). Bathroom size of a postage stamp, shower hand held and shower curtain totally inadequate. DT

Fantastic 3 day stay - Brilliant location - Clean, delightful rooms - very good value - short walk to many restaurants in Pilos town square and pretty quayside - short electric bike ride to fishing village on other side of bay - also with 15 great places to eat

The view from the Karalis Beach Hotel is simply wonderful. Perched above the bay, the sunsets are stunning. On our junior suite terrace, we watched the boats come into the town square dock. The rooms are redone and just beautiful. Breakfast is on the terrace looking out to sea. The buffet is a traditional Greek spread with espresso and fresh orange juice along with eggs cooked to order and all of the accoutrements.
Athough there is not a beach, you can walk into the crystal clear water from the steps by the artificial sandy terrace. It is about a 5 minute walk into town - a special place Pylos is and this hotel exceeded our expectations! Bravo! Efkaristo Karalis Beach.

Great location in Pylos with lovely view of the bay. You can swim from the hotel and see all the gorgeous coloured fishes. Our room was a good size with everything we needed and good shower. Good storage and a fridge. We loved our balcony watching the boats come and go. Easy parking and an amazing breakfast.

A quiet setting with a room immediately above the sea, great view, wonderful staff and delicious, bountiful breakfast all made this a wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

It would have got a 5 but there was still some small building work going on at the outside bar area. Was ant a huge problem, but would have been nice if mentioned beforehand.
Great staff, clean tidy rooms and its right on the water, oh and the breakfast was fantastic especially the omelette!
Perfect location as you don’t have passing traffic, will definitely be staying again.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at Karalis Beach. The hotel is well situated and within a short walk of the small, picturesque town and Fort above. The sea view from our room was very special. Our room was dated, but clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel has a very nice bar and deck areas for sunbathing with comfortable day beds. The breakfasts are very nice and the staff there helpful and kind.

This hotel was wonderful. We had a room with a huge patio overlooking the sea right below. Our room was large and everything was renovated with modern fixtures and decor. The property has its own small beach with direct access into the sea which we enjoyed. Breakfast was great with the opportunity to order from the kitchen. The location was perfect. The location was quiet and off the main area but you could walk a few minutes and you were in the town with all the restaurants and nightlife. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location and great breakfast! Rooms are basic and outdated a bit but comfortable. Had a great view of the sea as the hotel is sitting right by the sea. Had a fantastic swim in the inviting waters in the morning. Will definitely stay here when in Pylos.

The ability to swim off rocks from hotel beach bar is lovely. A short easy walk to downtown Pylos, with great bars and restaurants.
The family room has a amazing wrap around balcony.

Amazing little boutique hotel, great friendly staff, great free breakfast, amazing views in a charming town. Highly recommend!

Water access

La camera offre una vista con il mare a pochi metri dove è situata la discesa privata a mare per gli ospiti. La colazione è eccezionale servita su una terrazza con vista sulla baia. Il personale è molto gentile e sorridente. Ottimo il sistema centralizzato dell'area condizionata.

Great position on the water, we had a room with a balcony onto the sea, quiet location, lovely breakfast with amazing view, attentive staff.

We stayed three nights in a very nice room with a private balcony giving a view over the bay and towards the town. Breakfast was varied and yummy. The staff were friendly and helpful; the dog, Bella, was also quite friendly when not sleeping. Very quiet location being at the end of the road (literally). The best thing about the hotel is that it has its own swimming terrace. If you stay on level 1, you just walk down the corridor, down the steps and you are in the beautiful Mediterranean water.
