The pillows are so soft . Even I asked for the foam ones, still making no difference.
Great location, really nice room
room and bathroom is clean, centrally located beside many big mall, housekeeping efficient, breakfast choice limited, staff not courteous,3 slow elevator and mal functioning room key access to elevator, checking in was fast,bed and beddings super clean and comfortable, very nice view overlooking mitukoshi mall, breeze and Taipei 101, walking to mtr, lots of resto and bar nearby, concierge staff very helpfull, last saturday 11 pm felt the intensity 7 earthquake, reception staff calm and helpfull.
