Check in 快速方便，地理位置優異，走出去附近餐廳或是小吃類選擇很多。可惜入住時早餐的餐廳在整修，無緣體驗。櫃檯接待人員親切專業，會再考慮入住。

服務態度有點冷。反而是房務清潔人員態度和善很加分

酒店位置很棒：感受信義區都會之繁華。

Cons:

客房浴缸太小、幾乎只有半套。一個人只能縮著膝蓋泡澡、有點掃興。
戶外泳池是一大賣點、但當天氣候稍稍小雨、有點風就不開放，懇求出去拍張照、7樓櫃檯男人員非常強硬、不放行就是不放行，非常沒有商量的餘地。花了大錢卻連一張泳池照都沒拍到🙄。後來晚上天氣放晴終於有如願了。但對於五星酒店的服務態度還是有點壞印象。
另外餐廳也在整修（用餐移到宴會廳吧）所以也沒機會去用餐、餐廳戶外景觀拍
照🙄。感覺此次體驗沒有很豐富。好在自己訂了景觀客房（可看101）覺得很棒，不然真的花了16000多（住兩晚）不太值得。

Für unseren Aufenthalt in Taiwan mit Kindern war dieses Hotel die perfekte Wahl. Alles, was für uns wichtig war, hatten wir hier: eine Top-Lage, modernes Ambiente und vor allem sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Der Pool im 7. Stock mit Blick auf den Taipei 101 war ein besonderes Highlight – vor allem für die Kinder.

Ein großes Dankeschön auch für den tollen Service: Unsere Koffer wurden bis zu unserem letzten Tag in Taiwan für uns aufbewahrt, obwohl wir zwischenzeitlich in einer anderen Stadt waren. Das war für uns eine große Hilfe und absolut nicht selbstverständlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und können das Hotel, besonders für Familien mit Kindern, absolut weiterempfehlen.
