Apparently there is a towel shortage
Pros:

No towels. We were told when we went to get towels that they would bring some up in the morning. Never saw them. When checking out we were told they were super busy that weekend and that’s why none were available. Never heard that in my entire life with all the hotels I’ve stayed in.

The room didn’t really seem clean when we got in but we got in late with 3 kids so we didn’t end up changing. The bath mat had mold under it and just generally seemed not clean. The breakfast was subpar for a hotel. The hot food was fine that they cooked but hardly any options outside of that. There were no pancake or waffle makers. The only water available in the entire hotel was from a 3 gallon pitcher at breakfast so you definitely need to buy bottled water from them or Walmart next door if you’re staying more than a night.

This hotel is so outdated is unreal. Hyatt, Mississippi needs you down there. I booked in at 2200 and departed the next day at 6am. So the extra day that i gave you guys being that i didn't stay the time booked, go ahead and use it towards updated furniture and GET RID OF THE BATHTUB.. EWEWWWWWWWWWW

MSU cadet summer camp is the reason for our 1 day trip. We chose to stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very friendly and sweet. The breakfast great, and the breakfast lady, Ms.
Candy was great nice. She is a blessing. The pool area is spacious amd nice. The carpet smells in the room and in the hallway. The carpet has to go.
