Cool place!
Pros:

Very very spacious apartment, away from the inner city traffic and hassle. About 15 minutes from the airport. Staff is amazingly friendly and courteous, and the area is safe to walk around at all times of the day and night. It's a bit of a distance from the city itself, but well worth it.

Very confortable apartment w full equipped kitchen
Pros:

Angelica was very helpful and a nice person. The apartment was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. They even offer airport pick up for only $16 bucks.

...............Angelica's hotel is a gem, its only 13 min away from international airport, and we have the whole apartment to ourselves, with high speed internet, 105 chanels, in a 42" flat screen tv, unlike other hotel i stayed in Lima before. Angelica was very helpful in places to visit, plus she has a big map in our apartment with interesting places to visit and know. The location of apartment is very convenient, shopping for food, and other necessites is very easy, and close by. If you want to go shopping like at home, try Mega plaza, and Plaza norte, However, if you want to experience another life, eating natural, and healthy food try peruvian. transportaion is very cheap like taxis and buses. One advice...call the hotel before you come, DO NOT take a taxi in the airport you will never end up in the hotel.

Pros:

We arrived very early from the airport and was not able to enter the hotel.
The taxi driver warned us that we should not go there and that it was no place for us. (western looking turists in late 20's) He made a point that they would se us?
We waited outside the hotel for abit, it looked like a good place in a terrible neighboodhood, although it seemed to lack doorhandles. While we waited a guy came up to us and told us about the same as the taxi driver including the part about being seen? By who i don't know but we diden't feel like staying in that area.
That being said the hotel gave me a good vibe but it was not for us.

Economico, Limpio y cercano al aeropuerto
Pros:

Buena opcion para economizar. Ademas esta cerca del aeropuerto. La zona no es muy bonita pero valoramos mas la limpieza y la cercania al aeropuerto. Angelica y Natalia siempre estuvieron prestas a ayudar en lo que se les pedia. Todos estuvimos a gusto y comodos.

décentré et ne donnant pas sur l'avenue principale permet d'avoir un silence nécessaire pour se reposer.
l'accueil est très convivial.
Il est nécessaire de parler espagnol (comme partout en Amérique du sud, sauf au brésil), l'anglais étant très mal utilisé et le français totalement inexistant.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Neighborhood not for walking at night. Not an area for tourists or traveling women. A great distance from the better areas. We relocated to the Miraflores area quickly.

spacious affordable accommodation Lima airport

Angelica's house is a nice very spacious and affordable 2-bedroom apartment in a secure residential middle class neighborhood within 15 min driving distance from Lima Airport. It is a good place for a short stay especially if you want to experience local culture. Angelica and her hubby Marcel were excellent hosts and fixed us dinner and took care of our vegetarian dietary needs. The corn juice with lime zest was a real treat. Very nice family environment, safe and secure. The hosts can also arrange for taxis to pick up from the apartment house at very reasonable rates.

Fantastic, clean and personal.
Pros:

Angelica's house could not have been better! The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself was large, had all amenities, quiet and incredibly clean. Throughout our stay, we were treated like family with all of the staff helping us in any way possible (including escorting us to the bus, helping us fill a metrocard and find safe food to eat - amazing!). This place is a hidden gem and I would recommend it most highly to anyone staying in Lima.

Total rip-off
Pros:

Angelica lies. Said she did not receive the deposit from expedia. Demanded the whole payment in cash. I demanded a receipt including showing $16 US I paid for cab to airport which was supposed to be included. She typed up then her printer wasn't working, would send it in an email. Never happened.

Horrible part of town.

Never ever stay there.
