VOI Colonna Village

Die Klimaanlage hat im Erdgeschosszimmer modrig gerochen..Dusche ist klein und Wasser spritzt überall hinaus. Die Musik war bis Mitternacht sehr laut!

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto!

Le restaurant, ou plutôt "la cantine"... Une royale pagaille, ça part dans tout les sens , nous ne savions pas où aller nous assoir, la salle depand du bracelet que l on porte....ont nous a fait déplacer plusieurs fois, et pour aller ce servir, un réfectoire...pas un restaurant digne de ce non. Les boissons au bar, son execivement coûteuse 28€ un mojito et une Pina colada....ils nous voient venir... Pour la chambre une clim extrêmement bruyante une horreur

Namiesto rodinnej izby sme dostali dve izby, strop v kupelni niesol znaky plesne, zverejnené fotky izieb nezodpovedali skutočnosti, klimatizacia funkčná len sa nedala samostatne ovládať a teda išla nonstop. Osušky na pláž za poplatok (vratná záloha 20€) a každá výmena za čistý za extra poplatok 2€, a slnečníky na pláži boli asi podla kategorie ubytovaných predné dve či tri rady od mora za extra poplatok, a hlavne v čase našej návštevy bola nefunkčná toaleta na plaži a nebola tam ani žiadna kabína kde by sa človek vedel prezliecť.

I was disappointed with my stay here. The hotel photos advertised are of the hotel adjoining where you're actually staying. The rooms pictured, are Voi colanna BEACH hotel, advertised under Voi colanna VILLAGE hotel. Both are located on a rather steep hill, 1 behind the other, the village part being at the top of the hill, behind the beach hotel, which is closer to the private beach.
There are sunbeds available, but designated to which part of the hotel you are staying at.
Although, there is no notice of this, other than a rather rude guest, who asked me to 'move' when there was nobody but us down there at 7am! (Uncalled for, there was 3 rows of beds she could have chosen from, but she wanted the 1 I was on!) Id have rather staff had notified me to avoid this interaction!
There is a shuttle down past colanna beach hotel to the beach, but there is no timetable, and they don't wait long enough, even if you're poised to dash when it pulls in, they don't wait whilst you run the 50mtr pathway to the shuttle, it just pulls away!!
The food is reparative, and little variation throughout all meals all week. And as a village guest, you're only able to dine in the very basic restaurant. Which isn't disclosed, you'll embarrassingly find that out from the staff if you accidentally just walk through the adjoining restraunts, where you'll be ushered to the 'basic' restraunt.
The dinner plates aren't all clean, at times I changed my plate 3/4 times to find 1 without someone else's food on from yesterday. Also the same for the water glasses, I repeatedly saw the remnants of other people's lips on the 'clean' glasses on the table.
Drinks at meal times are not there for you to help yourself to, you have to request anything other than water from a waiter. Again, no menu.
There is a water dispenser available, but you are not aloud to fill your water bottle up with this!

Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che, a nostro avviso, potrebbero essere migliorati.

La mattina abbiamo sentito la mancanza di cornetti ripieni, che sarebbe una piccola aggiunta ma sicuramente gradita. A cena, soprattutto nelle ore di punta, abbiamo riscontrato una certa difficoltà nel trovare tavoli disponibili. Inoltre, nonostante il ristorante chiudesse alle 21:30, alcune pietanze non venivano più rifornite già dopo le 20:45: sarebbe auspicabile mantenere l’offerta completa fino a un orario più vicino alla chiusura.

Abbiamo inoltre notato un po’ di sporcizia nei giardini esterni, in particolare sulla sinistra del percorso della navetta, un’area che meriterebbe maggiore attenzione.

Infine, una nota decisamente negativa riguarda la palestra, che secondo noi non può essere definita propriamente tale: si trova in uno stato piuttosto trascurato, con pochissimi attrezzi e disposti senza una vera organizzazione. È sicuramente un aspetto sul quale sarebbe opportuno intervenire o eliminarla del tutto onde evitare frustrazioni.

le personnel était parfois froid, j'ai perdu par exemple mon chapeau on m'a répondu brièvement qu'on a rien trouvé mais n'ont pas essayé de m'aider.
Les demandes étaient toujours extrêmement lentes (demande de facture, check-in, check-out...)

L'emplacement, très loin de tout sans véhicule c'est quasiment impossible de bouger

De kamers zijn wat oud en karig, maar dat valt nog te overzien als de rest goed is. Wat echter zeer slecht is, is het buffet. De tafels zijn amper bedekt, je moet elke keer zelf zoeken/plunderen naar en voor bestek en glazen. Die ook vaak vuil zijn met allerlei afdrukken. Het buffet zelf heeft weinig keuze, veel is koud en er is ook weinig vegetarisch. En ook bij het buffet zelf is het onhygiënisch. Het is een ongezellige en niet smakelijke hal met overal vuil tafelgerei weggestopt en in zicht. Na twee keer hebben we dit bespreekbaar gemaakt bij de receptie, hierop werd aangegeven dat het toch een buffet is dus we konden toch zelf kiezen wat we wilden eten? Rare reactie, gingen niet in op onze grootste klacht namelijk de hygiene en het koude eten. We zouden teruggebeld worden door guest services over een mogelijke oplossing (de overige 5 avonden hebben we hier niet meer gegeten), dit terugbellen is nooit meer gebeurd. Dit bovenstaande maakt het, ondanks de mooie locatie, absoluut geen viersterren ervaring. Ik kan het niet aanraden.

La reception, et on paye pour avoir un total pour petit déjeuners, diner et souper, mais pas grand chose n’est compris dedans

Experiencia muy negativa. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, con insectos por las paredes y el suelo, paredes manchadas y un inodoro en condiciones de higiene inaceptables. Además, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal, haciendo un calor insoportable. La comida fue de muy mala calidad y la atención bastante mediocre.
Hemos presentado una reclamación a Booking.com
Para nada lo esperado, no lo recomendaría nunca. Las condiciones son inaceptables y deberían ser revisadas. Totalmente impropio de un hotel de esta categoría.
