Bistrot Bellevue is opened from 10.00 am until midnight, at a charge. Pool Bar is opened from 13/6 to 11/9, from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00.

Bar VOI Village is opened from 8.00 am till midnight.

Bellevue Restaurant is available for all guests at a charge, by reservation.

Sos Aranzos Restaurant is available for guests in Classic, Family and Premium rooms.

Tavolara Terrace is available only for Deluxe rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good staff but bad manageöent, because of the location of the hotel prices are high and this hotel does not worth what I
Pros:

Staff is really friendly and helpfull. They are working really hard to make their visitors happy. They are gentle and elegant.

Cons:

Unfotunately some rooms requires renewal. First room given to me had really bad smell then we asked to change room. New room was better but there was problem with air conditioning.

We booked months in advance and asked then to have the rooms next to each other and even checked up on my request a coup

The location and the exterior of the property as well as the beach was really beautiful

Cons:

The rooms and the building itself is really old. My balcony door wouldn’t open properly I had to hold the door at the bottom. My bathroom had a really bad smell from the drain. The reception didn’t explain anything properly.

Great vaccation!!!🤩🤩but No rest at all😂🙃
Pros:

Beautiful beautiful beach🤩!!the sea view from the room😲. The shuttle bus service inside the establishment operating all day round, taking you from rooms to beach, restaurant, pool! The entertainment Company with lots of activities to small children, teens and grown ups: Beach volley, Beach tennis, Beach football competitions and so on. Free of charge sun beds at the beach🤩!

Cons:

The bad isolation between the rooms-clasical Italien style house problem. Not comfortable beds at all- It has been a long time ago I have tried a hotel without top madrassers:( If you are 4 people in one room you can only get 2!!! Sunbeds and one!!! Umbrella!!! At the Beach! Or you have to lay outside the umbrella area- literally where the smoking area is and where the bar is! You Can not lay in the first 2 rows or in the middle- so don’t expect sea view or quietness. But don’t worry- no one is checking it!! Just take the beds you need- I Saw myself other families do that😂….the evening program is on until 23 with loud Music,unless You live in rooms 1000 or at the Beach hotel. Orherwise- take ear props😂it saved my night. Because then the program is over then all the people come BACK to there rooms🤯🙈😤…

Pros:

We had 2 rooms and requested to stay by each other, we spoke to a a manager and they could not accommodate until the 2nd night, our kids had to stay without us. The staff was not very friendly at the front desk we were very disappointed

Booked for me night due to a flight cancellation and made to feel like second class citizens. Very poor customer service

Cons:

Arrived late for one night, no assistance finding the room or taking bags in the dark. Stair hand rails broken and nearly fell down the steps. Bedroom door didn’t lock. Air conditioning was useless. Staff ride when called for assistance

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto il cibo, varietà dei piatti e tutto buono.

Cons:

In camera manca un bollitore per il caffè appena svegli, necessario perché nei 4 stelle c'è ovunque.
Inoltre dalle foto su booking, camera doppia classic, si vede il vetro nella doccia invece ho trovato la tenda.

Nice view, great staff, cozy rooms with AC, shuttle bus that takes you were you want within the village, decent food.

Cons:

Taxis are hard to get and quite expensive in Sardinia in general, so book way in advance. Recommend trying through the hotel as they have contacts.

Le personnel était vraiment au top, super gentil surtout avec les enfants.

Bellissima settimana di totale relax
Pros:

Bel villaggio turistico immerso nel verde situato su una collina digradante verso la spiaggia. Dotato di tutti i servizi per coccolare i clienti. Comodissima per esempio la navetta elettrica che fa continuamente la spola tra ristorante -reception - piscine - spiaggia. Le casette per gli ospiti sono in edifici a due piani ben integrati nel paesaggio e immerse nel verde, sembrano tante villette con stile identico ma profili diversi che danno un'impressione generale di armonia (evitano l'effetto caserma che si vede in alcuni villaggi). La nostra camera era dotata di terrazzino con vista splendida sul verde e sul mare e le isole di fronte. Colazione e cena a buffet molto varie e abbondanti. Si può fare colazione con una vista incredibile sul terrazzo all'aperto. Personale gentilissimo e premuroso dai ragazzi dell'animazione a quelli dei bar, del ristorante e della reception. I ragazzi del concierge ci hanno risolto brillantemente in pochi minuti un problema che avevamo avuto il primo giorno col noleggio auto in aeroporto. Anche i ragazzi in spiaggia, sempre disponibili. Spiaggia: insenatura di sabbia molto ampia con mare ... da Sardegna. Animazione presente ma mai invadente, presente in spiaggia, in piscina e la sera in teatro. Centro benessere all'altezza della struttura (mia moglie estasiata dal massaggio che ha provato con Evelin). C'è anche una boutique. Piscina grande e piscina piccola (provate tutte e due!). Bar centrale del villaggio con terrazzo e vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulle isole. Una settimana di totale relax.

Pros:

Výber jedál bol priemerný a kvalita dobrá. Všetci zamestnanci boli vždy ústretoví a priateľskí. Na pláži bol vždy dostatočný počet lehátok a slnečníkov bez poplatku. Pláž bola vždy čistá. K jedlu bola vždy dostupná voda a víno bez obmedzení.

Cons:

Na začiatok sme dostali izbu , ktorá mala vlhké steny a páchla stuchlinou. V kúpelni boli tmavé plesnivé špáry. Po sťažnosti nás presunuli do izby ktorá už bola v poriadku. Ďalšie sklamanie bola voda. Voda na izbe nebola pitná a v areáli sa dala kúpiť 0,5L za 2eurá. V jedálni sa voda nedala nabrať do vlastnej fľaše. Prístup do/z areálu verejnou dopravou len počas letnej sezóny t.j. od 16.6. Penájom auta 130eur/deň.
