Poměrně rozmanitá snídaně a dobrá poloha
Za cca 15 tis. na dvě noci s parkováním za standardní pokoj .. To je poměrně úlet, cena za nás neopovídá. Postel nic moc, narvané parkoviště, hromada hluku z chodby a okolních pokojů.

צוות מזעזע.
הגענו למלון ביום הראשון ולא קיבלנו את סוג החדר שביקשנו, המלון טען שלא סימנו בהזמנה מיטות טווין וזה לא נכון. העבירו אותנו חדר לחדר בקומה 6 והיה שם מסריח, ריח של טחב ומלא כתמים על השטיח. ביקשנו לעבור משם והעבירו חזרה לחדר הראשון שקיבלנו, נכנסנו לחדר וכבר היו בתוכו אנשים אחרים! עברנו עוד חדר ללילה אחד ורק בלילה שאחריו קיבלנו חדר בקומה נורמלית. המיטות טווין קטנות מאוד אגב. בנוסף, באחד הלילות המזגן התקלקל וכשביקשתי שיבואו לתקן הגיע מישהו מהקבלה שעשה אפס מאמץ ואמר שהוא לא יודע איך מתקנים והצוות תחזוקה מגיע רק ב 9 בבוקר. ביקשתי שימצא פתרון בכל זאת כי אני לא מתכוונת לא לישון לילה שלם בחופשה ששילמתי עליה והוא אמר "אני לא יכול להבטיח, אולי נעביר אתכם חדר" ואז הוא הלך ומאז לא שמעתי ממנו! התקשרתע לקבלה לברר מה קורה עם זה ולא ענו.
בקיצור, שירות באמת מזעזע. יחס קר ואפס אכפתיות. ממש ממש לא ממליצה זה הרס את החוויה של השהות במלון שאין לי מושג למה כתוב עליו שהוא 5 כוכבים.
אה וגם הלובי מעוצב מכוער ולא שווה לשבת שם. וגם לא כזה מרכזי במיקום.
Hôtel bien situé a proximité du centre historique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Prague.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the room itself was spectacular. The location is also excellent: the hotel is very close to the city center, with a tram, train, and bus stop just steps away, making it very easy to get around. There is also a shopping center nearby, which was very convenient and made the location even more enjoyable.
There were two minor issues. First, the room door made a loud noise whenever other guests on the floor closed their doors, likely due to changes in air pressure, which could be disturbing especially during the night. Second, the air conditioning was not providing heat, so the room was cold. The staff kindly offered us another room, but the issue was the same in the other room as well. They eventually provided a portable heater, which solved the problem. I appreciated their responsiveness, but I believe that the heating system in the rooms should function properly especially when it is so cold outside.

השמיכה- במיטה הזוגית היו שתי שמיכות קטנות (צרות מרוחב מיטת יחיד) והיה לנו קר.
שמפו מאד לא איכותי.
לא היה כובע רחצה ולא הביאו ערכת טיפוח כשסידרו את החדר.
