Excellent location
Pros:

Widespread breakfast buffet. Excellent location, right in front of tram and bus stop. Clean rooms. Many elevators. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Air freshener near lobby entrance was a little nauseating.
Bathtub tap knob kept coming off.

When booking there was nothing to suggest it would be such a pleasant experience.
Pros:

My room was very smart and exceedingly comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I hate to make a negative comment as everything was so good.
I did feel the orange juice was not totally freshly squeezed but really the breakfast was so good it didn’t really matter.

Pros:

Przemiły, uczynny personel. Doskonała lokalizacja. Przestronne pokoje, bardzo wygodne materace.

Cons:

Utrudnione parkowanie pod hotelem, choc aplikacja Mr.Parkit w sumie zadzialala. Sniadania nie dla wegetarian i stanowczo nie dla wegan.

An excellent hotel in a central location
Pros:

A great hotel in Prague. Central to everything we wanted to do, including a visit to a ballet in the Opera House.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

No complaints at all

A lovely stay in a pleasant hotel that met our expectations.
Pros:

The location was very good, and our triple room was a nice size for our family. The breakfast selection was very good too although after five days of the same thing it did get a bit old. They had waffles for only one of the five days that we were there - would be nice if it had been a daily offering. I also loved the fact that there was a spa on site in the basement. Not affiliated with the hotel and it's a separate company, but I made good use of the spa services every evening and it was such a treat after a long day of walking :)

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that there were always people standing outside the hotel smoking at the entrance. But it being a public area, I guess there isn't anything that could be done.

מלון חמוד במיקום טוב אבל לא בסטנדרט 5 כוכבים שאני רגיל.

1. הבריכה לא עבדה
2. גם אם היא היה עובדת זה בתשלום נוסף.
3. מקרר קטן מאוד ומלא בדברים שעוללים כסף כולל מים! בקבוקי מים עולים כסף היתי מצפה ממלון 5 כוכבים לדאוג למים מינימלי לאורחים שלו.
4. בארוחת בוקר אין קפה נורמלי רק ממכונות אין קפה הפוך מהבריסטה למרות שביקשתי.
5. הונטה בחדר לא עבדה ולמרות שביקשנו לתקן לא קרה ולא התייחסו
