gute Lage, Frühstück vielseitig und reichhaltig, der Teppich muss bitte ausgetauscht werden, es riecht wenn man das Zim

Lage sehr gut,
laut Beschreibung Tiefgarage neben Hotel,
leider nicht so, erst beim Check in erfahren das Tiefgarage re. dann re. ist.

Auch das Parken mit keiner Kamera vorne ist wirklich anspruchsvoll,
haben zum Ausparken dann Hilfe geholt vom Hotel, aber 80 Euro für 48 h ist, ich denke auch für Prag sehr teuer

Cons:

Zimmer dementsprechend, aber der Geruch beim Eintretten, modriger Geruch.
Bitte Teppich etc. wechseln

It was a fantastic stay with excellent food and generous hospitality!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the hotel restaurant served one of the best steaks I've ever had. The complimentary drinks on arrival were a wonderfully welcoming touch!

Cons:

Everything was great! No complaints! :)

Not bad , can be better.
Pros:

Breakfast , location and the staff.

Cons:

Both the room and bathroom are in need of updates. The accommodations reflect a 4-star standard rather than the 5-star experience advertised. On our first day, we experienced a water leak in the bathroom caused by an outdated showerhead. While the staff resolved the issue promptly, a problem of this nature should not occur at a 5-star property.

J'aurais préféré une douche à l'italienne,
Un meilleur éclairage des miroirs de la salle d'eau, un meilleur isolement du local sanitaire,
Il conviendrait de moderniser la salle d'eau.
Il conviendrait, c'est très général, d'élargir les produits végétaliens pour améliorer la santé des clients et limiter l'impact sur la planète. Même si un vegan trouve ce qu'il faut, l'offre en termes de produits d'origine animale reste trop grande par rapport aux végétaux. Vous pourriez inclure des produits à base de seitan, des pâtes à tartiner vegan, des produits à base d'algues, cela relèverait le niveau de qualité du restaurant.

Nice stay. Recommended.
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable but it was on the second floor on the city side. So it was quite noisy (tramway etc...) Breakfast was nice and lot of choice. The location was perfect. Only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old city.

Cons:

Nothing really... just maybe the gym is smaller than expected.

Disappointing room experience despite the hotel’s nice location and modern renovated areas
Pros:

The hotel’s location and the lobby were nice, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were given one of the old, non-renovated rooms. The room and furniture were very outdated and did not match the modern appearance of the renovated areas of the hotel. It was disappointing to see such a significant difference between the renovated and non-renovated rooms, especially considering the standard and price of the hotel. We expected a more modern and comfortable room.
