Disappointing!
Pros:

Very disappointing on several levels. The first impression at reception was far from welcoming, although a male receptionist later on was at least helpful. The so‑called gym is an absolute disaster — more like a storage room filled with broken, outdated equipment. Most machines are out of order, everything feels neglected, and there’s no ventilation at all, just a cheap standing fan. Truly shocking for a hotel claiming to be 5‑star, as listed on Booking.com.

To make things worse, even the bottle of water and small pack of crisps in the room come with a price tag. I’ve never encountered this in any hotel in any country I’ve visited.

Good hotel in a great location for visiting Pragues attractions.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location to visit most major attractions in Prague and not located in the expensive part of town.
The rooms are clean and the hotel has a great selection for breakfast.
There are shops near by to get snacks and drinks rather than using the expensive mini bar.
On the whole our stay at this hotel was great and we walked everywhere to see most of Pragues attractions.

A very enjoyable stay at a very good hotel
Pros:

Very luxurious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location

Amazing
Pros:

Great location, amazing breakfast, i mean that is a full on brunch buffet, big and quiet rooms. A very good hotel overall. Definitely worth going there.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel, they could have better quality towels, but that is just an observation because i work in a hotel as well.

Pros:

we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights,the rooms were clean,beds so comfy and the staff were so helpful,decided to book a river cruise with meal,a definate must !! absolutley brilliant, food was amazing,picked up from hotel in minibus then 45 min guided bus tour,delivered to ship for cruise,then taken back to hotel,the city is beautiful at night all lit up, regarding the hotel staff,they were all so friendley,especially the reception team,the breakfast was wonderful so much choice,best hotel i have stayed at ,cant wait to go back 10/10
