Very Good Gluten free breakfast options
Pros:

Friendly helpful Receptionists. Bedrooms very comfortable, decent Rectangular pillows, good bed. Kettle + teabags + mini fridge to hold Milk in the bedrooms. USB Plug provided. Big window, no noise from outside or adjacent rooms. I'm Gluten Free & the breakfast was very very good - asked for a GF Option & was given bread (ok ) + cereal, looked suitable for a child but tasted lovely with Natural Yogurt + a mini Bundt cake. There is an Omelette station, loads of Salad options, various cheeses. You could not possibly leave this breakfast hungry. Very near the Florenc Metro station, highly recommended to get the hang of it. Easy to get a ticket from the bigger Yellow machines on the right hand side - do not forget to Valid the ticket in the little yellow machine on the poles ( put your ticket Arrow side in ) There is a actually a back entrance to the hotel that is even closer to Florenc metro station, that doesn't come up on Google Maps, probably because you will need your room card to open the glass door. It's after the bar, up the escalators, continue straight, will shave minutes off. We didn't get dinner at the hotel but there is a gorgeous restaurant called Next Door about 4 minutes away, highly recommended. Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Cons:

Bedroom was a little too warm - 22.5°C. I tried to change it & even asked the cleaning staff to alter it for me but the change didn't hold.

Pros:

. La struttura è molto grande e la posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi o con i mezzi. La camera era spaziosa e, piacevolmente calda. Il vero punto di forza è stata la colazione: una scelta vastissima di prodotti, con la possibilità di avere uova cucinate al momento, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo.

Cons:

Il bagno meriterebbe una rimodernata e la moquette nelle stanze andrebbe sostituita.

I keep coming back here, partly because of the location (anywhere in city is accessible by tram or foot), but also because of value and staff - they are amazing, and deserve a raise in my opinion.

Cons:

Showers need sorting. Wear and tear/poor design.

Very clean hotel with a nice breakfast. However, the rooms are not truly soundproof, and the spa was not fully operation

Everything super clean.

Cons:

It’s marked here as “soundproof” but noise from hall was waking me up in the room - people closing doors, talking… it is not soundproof, unfortunately.
