Terribly rude staff and poor cleanliness.
Pros:

The location is good. Centrally located, but a bit out of the way.

Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. In the past we have been generally satisfied. However, their standards must have really dropped. The cleanliness was definitely not up to par. Also, the staff act smug and arrogant - even to the point of being rude. My wife and I saw cockroaches twice during our 3-day stay. Once in the dining room during breakfast, and the next day in our room's bathroom! We told the staff at the reception desk, but they acted like we were hallucinating. Very unpleasant experience this time around. We will not be staying at this hotel again, especially as there are many nice hotels in the center of Prague!

Gerne wieder zum City Trip nach Prag.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Personal alle sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Waschbecken im Badezimmer recht klein, Wanne ziemlich hoch. Für ältere Leute zu schwer rein und raus zu kommen.

If we will be back because of the location , we have to select the room in upper floor and doesn’t face the street
Pros:

The location is great and it is clean, many options for breakfast and nice cleaning ladies .

Cons:

The place for shower with limit isolation , water can flow out and everywhere is wet . Especially when the bathroom is very small it can be annoying . Our room is facing the street , so whenever there is tram or bus moving , we can hear the noise , for the people with light sleep, can be an issue !

موقع فندق ممتاز وتحت كل شي عندك بقالات ومطاعم والترام 10 دقايق وانت بالسنتر والموظفين وددين والمكيف بارد حقيقه انصح فيه وحاول تحجزه بدري
وحجم الغرفه مناسب جدا لشخصين الاطلاله عاديه لكن مايهم
وكثير من النزلاء من دول الخليج

Lage direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, aber auch fußläufig schnell im Zentrum.
