Η ευγένεια του προσωπικού και η διάθεση του να επιλύσει οποιοδηποτε ζήτημα ακόμα και σε ώρες εκτός εργασίας. Επισης δυνατό σημείο αποτελούσε το πολύ καλό σημείο του καταλύματος.

Cons:

Το wifi ήταν πολύ αδύναμο και όλο το βράδυ καταναλωσαμε δικά μας δεδομένα. Επίσης, το υδρομασάζ δεν λειτουργούσε, παρότι στις φωτογραφίες έδειχνε ότι υπάρχει σαν παροχή. Τέλος, δεν υπήρχε θέρμανση στο μπάνιο ενώ το τρένο που έτρεχε ήταν χλιαρό με αποτέλεσμα όταν κάνεις μπάνιο να κρυώνεις.

Pros:

Un hotel de charme pour les amoureux. La chambre est tres kitsch mais c est ce qu il fait son charme.
Le petit dejeuner etait merveilleux, notre meilleur de notre voyage en Grèce.
On n est pas décu d avoir annuler une nuit d hotel pour arriver là.

Cons:

Attention pour ceux qui ont grosses valises, on est loin du parking.

Pros:

Clim réversible très efficace. Chambre et salle de bain propres. Superbe emplacement dans la vieille ville.

Cons:

Odeur très forte de parfum d’ambiance dans la chambre. Mobilier vieillissant (lit à ressorts).
Recommandation pour l’hôtel : transformer le petit déjeuner en buffet afin de limiter le gaspillage car il y a beaucoup, sans que ce soit forcément au goût de chacun.

Παραμυθένια σουίτα στο υπέροχο Ναύπλιο
Pros:

Πάρα πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, σχεδόν παραμυθένιο, στολισμένο με ζωγραφικούς πίνακες και υπέροχο ταβάνι, πολύ μεγάλο μέγεθος, τέλειο στρώμα, άπλετο φως από τα τρία μεγάλα παράθυρα γύρω γύρω, τεράστιο μπάνιο με δύο νιπτήρες και επίσης δύο παράθυρα. Η θέα πολύ όμορφη, όχι και τόσο δύσκολη η πρόσβαση από τα σκαλιά. Το προσωπικό άψογο, μου μετέφεραν την αποσκευή στο δωμάτιο και με άφησαν να κάνω check in σχεδόν δύο ώρες νωρίτερα. Το πρωινό περιλάμβανε τα πάντα, υπέροχο φρέσκο χυμό πορτοκαλιού, αυγό, φρούτα, κέικ και ψωμί, τυρί, ζαμπόν, κρουασάν και υπέροχο καφέ επιλογής. Θα ξαναγυρίσω σίγουρα σε αυτό το κατάλυμα.

Cons:

Το κλιματιστικό θα πρέπει να αλλαχθεί γιατί είναι παλιό και κάνει πολύ θόρυβο. Εμάς δεν μας προβλημάτισε ιδιαίτερα γιατί υπήρχε ένα ηλεκτρικό θερμαντικό σώμα στο δωμάτιο, το οποίο ήταν υπεραρκετό.

Despite the shortcomings mentioned above we greatly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Perfect location,the friendly helpful staff, the cosy room with a large balcony and the ample breakfast.

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights in mid February with temperatures ranging from 7C to 15C.
The bedroom aircon heating was fine but this wasn’t the case in the large bathroom separated by a corridor from the bedroom. Over 3 days the central heating radiator never came on.
The hot water supply was more of a problem.
On arrival we were warned that as we were on the top floor it would take time for hot water to
come through and that we should let the water run for 5 to 10 minutes. Very hit and miss as on 2 separate occasions hot water never appeared !
The basin tap fitting was seriously loose.
The only bin was the toilet bin.
As there is no lift it’s a steep climb to the top floor - not ideal for some.
