The view and convenience

Cons:

The price- it’s too high. C’mon, $600 for one night? The room had a bed, bathroom tv and fridge. For $600? I probably won’t be back

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and looking forward to booking again for next year!
Pros:

We LOVED that it was right on the beach, and also there was a bar/restaurant that was really good!!!!!!!!

Cons:

Our room and balcony were a bit small, will book a bigger room next trip.

Pricey, but can’t beat the ocean view!
Pros:

Listening to the waves crashing along the shore! Oh, and a plethora of very comfy pillows!

Cons:

Difficulty making dinner reservations and when I finally did the reservations weren’t available for dinner at 7pm. Bummer!

On the Water Best Aspect
Pros:

Directly on beach

Cons:

Many areas old, rust, requires painting. Couldn't get any food after 9 nor breakfast and very limited options within walking. No coffee or tea machine in room. No chairs or umbrella provided for beach use. Much less than would expect for the room rate.

I loved the location on the beach and the clean, confortable room.
Pros:

The location on the beach was great. There were plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate guests, the onsite restaurant was good & convenient. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed and an updated bathroom. The pool looked clean & well kept but I didn’t take advantage of it.

Cons:

My room was on the third floor right next to the property spotlight so at night the bugs were at my balcony and I couldn’t really sit outside and my room was not dark. I would suggest a plexiglass or clear heavy tarp to provide safety on the balcony, instead of blue canvas - while sitting on the balcony it’s an obstructed view.

It was what I need it for few day beach fro t balcony. So it’s nice stay .
Pros:

It’s tight on the beach

Cons:

Very expensive is that they do not includie breakfast their restaurant doesn’t open till 4:00
They don’t have coffee machine in the room you have to go down stairs ,
Their towels didn’t smell fresh for white towels they should smell better . I don’t think they used any strong detergent or bleach.
No elevator if some one can’t go upstairs .
