Cons:

No air con!! We were told that we are not allowed to turn on air con in our room due to their weird and ridiculous reason given!!! Totally no air in the room at all!

Pros:

スタッフが非常に親切でした。
地下鉄やバスの駅も近く、1階に24時間営業のセブンイレブンがあったのも良い。
1階にはスターバックスも入ってます。

Cons:

設備が古い。
カーテンのフックが外れていたり、洗面台のボウルの栓を開け閉めするバーがなく、手で栓開けました。
水回りにカビが多かったのも気になります。

Large hotel, with good facilities, friendly staff and a great breakfast!
Pros:

A large hotel, in a good location near a subway station with plenty of shops/bars/restaurants etc. nearby. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The food choice at breakfast was surprisingly varied, good quality, and with different dishes everyday. Would happily stay there again.

Cons:

It's a fair way from the main tourist areas in Suwon (which I was aware of when booking) and the room was a little bit in need of a refresh in terms of slightly scuffed furniture and just feeling a little dated.
