La atención de Jairo fue fantástica, hubo una confusión y mi placa dental terminó en la basura y Jairo se tomó el gran trabajo de buscarla por todas partes hasta que la encontró. Muchas muchas gracias por tan amable gesto!

Tienen un edificio vecino en construcción y antes de 8am empiezan a hacer ruido fuerte que no permite seguir durmiendo.
Las instalaciones son muy còmodas y tranquilas, está bien ubicado, aunque las vias estan en reparación y el personal es muy amable y atento.
Viajé con mi hija y queriamo disfrutar mas de la piscina pero me parece abre un poco tarde, a las 10 am ya el sol es muy fuerte y esta muy cerca del checkout por si quiere disfrutar el dia de tu salida. REcomendaria que la piscina abra más temprano por la mañana.
El personal es muy amable. El botón fué muy atento.
Muy cómodas las habitaciones, con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso, a piscina muy agradable y con una vista hermosa, el desayuno exquisito y variado.

Tal vez mejoraría la seguridad de la escalera de la piscina que parece que se va a despegar y tema de cucarachas pero son unas pocas
