El personal es muy amable

Cons:

Hay obras afuera y el hotel está aislado, las instalaciones se ven muy viejas y les falta mantenimiento, muchísimo ruido de maquinaria y en general el aseo del hotel malísimo habian cucarachas en el mueble de la habitación.

Eher 3 als 5 Sterne Hotel. Sollte nicht Radisson heißen
Pros:

Man kann locker zwei der fünf Sterne abziehen. Die Verwaltung ist sichtlich mangelhaft; egal wo man hinsieht, gibt es Probleme. Das Zimmer ist klein und durch das Halogenlicht unangenehm beleuchtet. Tagsüber bekommt man wegen der lila getönten Fenster kaum Tageslicht. Die Bettwäsche ist alt und fleckig, und die Steckdose im Bad funktioniert nicht. Das Bett ist hart, das Frühstück sehr dürftig – alles wirkt veraltet. Einzig das Personal verdient volle Sterne: Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Pros:

Si ce n étais des travaux ,tout aurais été parfait. Sauf quelques petites coucaracha egarees. ( hi hi hi !)Gens très dévouer surtout le serveur du déjeuner (je ne me souviens plus de son nom). BRAVO a Radisson Hotel Dimond.

Servicio de la gente

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña,desayuno no muy variado , alrededores del hotel muy deteriorado , tienen servicio de restaurante hasta las 7 pm y No hay cartas de servicio de room service en las habitaciones ( no hay interés en brindar el servicio) y cafetera en la habitación no sirve .
