El servicio en recepcion
El restaurante no funciona los festivos, lo cual es incoherente, un hotel 4 estrellas deberia prestar servicio de restaurante todos los dias. Por otro lado solo tienen disponible el servicio de terraza y piscina desde las 10 am, teniendo en cuenta que el checkout es a la 12, no le da tiempo a los huespedes de disfrutar el espacio un tiempo suficiente. La noche que me quede no tenian servicio de television por cable y la configuracion del televisor no permitio conectarse al wifi del hotel, sin embargo me cambiaron de habitación a una donde el televisor si funcionara.

La ubicación
El personal hurtó mis gafas de sol cuando uno de los botones se ofreció a guardar temporalmente mi equipaje mientras tomaba el desayuno el día del checkout. La más triste de todo es que me comuniqué en 4 oportunidades con el hotel, directamente con el gerente, y a pesar de que tomo mis datos las 4 veces, nunca me dieron solución.
Me gustó la amabilidad de las chicas de la limpieza y del restaurante en el desayuno una maravilla de empleados ,el chico que está en la recepción ayudando un encanto .
No me gustó que no pudimos ver la tele por la obras que hay fuera .

En general el desayuno está bien, pero tal vez que hubiera un desayuno más ordenado ya que la gente se acumulaba haciendo fila.
