I know this is a weird start but the breakfast is fantastic! I love the rooms here. This was my second stay and the room was even better this time. I'm glad the room had a smart TV this time. The staff has improved greatly since the last visit although some of the same friendly people are still there. Room service is great! The bartender - Santiago was friendly and made some mean drinks! I really enjoy my stays here.
There is really nothing negative to say about this hotel. I guess if you want to be close to the airport this is not the hotel for you as it takes forever to get to the hotel from here. Part of the issue is how bad the roads are in Bogota.

Piscina dañada y no tiene nada que realmente justifique su nombre. El piso central con plantas incluso plásticas hasta arriba. La expectativa fue alta a la realidad del hotel, me esperaba un hotel diferente en todos los aspectos.
Staff….. it was an absolut surprise the way they tke care of each guest.
The facilities are clean, quiet (even considering the hotel is near a busy area) and the breakfast is adequate to the hotel proposal.
The location was perfect for a stay near Univeridad El Bosque, but I am not sure about touristic areas. Anyway it worked very well for my stay.
