Pros:

The staff at Arsma Hotel were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. I needed to contact an airline, and Mica at reception kindly allowed me to use the hotel phone, which I truly appreciated. There are many things I enjoyed about this hotel - the rooms are spacious, the walk-in shower is convenient, and the modern bidet is a nice touch. The hotel also offers great family-friendly amenities, including children’s play facilities, as well as thoughtful extras like afternoon tea during happy hour and supper soups in the evening.

I could not recommend Arsma enough for those visiting Hualien. The service is impeccable, the staff was so lovely and helpful at every point. The facilities are great, especially those travelling with kids. In the reception alone, there are small games (like ring toss and foosball) to occupy people, as well as a dedicated kids play room and games room with a switch. They also provided free shuttle and free bike rental (for the first 3 hours). The rooms themselves were quite clean and luxurious, and the included breakfast filled us up every morning. The location itself was 5 stars, we were a short walk to the night market as well as to the centre of town. All in all, we had a great stay, thank you Arsma!
