According to the policy of the Central Epidemic Command Center, starting from December 1, 2020, masks should be worn when entering and exiting eight categories of places (including tourist hotels) to ensure your health; if you do not wear a mask, those who do not listen to them will be persuaded by the on-site personnel. In accordance with Article 70, Item 1 of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Act, a fine of NT$3,000 to NT$15,000 will be imposed.

1 Temperature measurement
When entering the hotel, the staff at the hotel will check your temperature. If you feel unwell or your body temperature is over 37.5 degrees, the hotel may refuse to check-in.

2 Travel History Information Record
Guests who take the initiative to inform their recent travel history upon check-in. From now on, guests who have not completed the "14-day home quarantine/home quarantine monitoring period" and "7-day Self-Health Management" will not be accepted. Reservation travelers (including reservations on behalf of guests) are not allowed Conceal-related information. If there is any violation, the hotel must refuse to check-in and notify the health unit.

3 Emergency
If guests feel unwell during their stay, especially if they have fever or cough symptoms, they should immediately contact the hotel counter staff for assistance in arranging diagnosis, treatment, and quarantine.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
