適合家庭入住的飯店
Pros:

入住的時候告知有升等成行政套房，是一房一廳的格局，超出原有的預期，小朋友在房間也玩得不亦樂乎，算是很棒的體驗及兒童節禮物

晚上21點多打來表示，房務人員安排錯誤，要把床收回去？？？

雖然沒有任何影響，但入住當下就已經溝通確認，過了5、6小時又來說要收床
當大家都不用睡覺還是根本不在乎會影響客人？？

隔天直接再去找櫃檯反應，說他們有被交接到（交接免費提供加床還是交接要再次收回？！）
是交接來煩客人嗎？櫃檯又自己說是他們房務安排錯誤，通常是會留給客戶人

我們也不是第一次住飯店，我不覺得掛四星的飯店真的好意思提供這種服務跟應對
到現在還是覺得莫名其妙，甚至荒謬到無言🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

重點是房間一進去就有很重的濕霉味，很臭的臭頭味的味道，人員出動了空氣清淨機跟風扇通風才稍微散味（也隔了快4小時才再進房）
真的不會再去了！！
