Definitely what I would call..."Home away from Home".

There not a hotel like this anywhere in the world....

Owner on site...employees are happiest to be working and serving your every need....the food is amazing and available to you all day and all night. Clean fresh water beyond what you can consume.

Abundance...is a good word to describe the value

Very nice hotel, and staff were very kind. Only negative was hotel could use some upgrades, namely the bathrooms. Just average. The rooms didn’t have any drawers for clothes, so ended up using the extra bed as a storage drawer. Lots of free water and snacks, fruits, etc. morning breakfast was very nice, and dining/pool area was very therapeutic. You can walk to everywhere with lots of dining and shopping options. Thought it was a bit overpriced considering I stayed at a hotel in Old City for the first 5 nights, and it was nicer and $25 cheaper per night. Overall, comfy.

The hotel was very unique and the staff was amazing. My favorite was the pool area. They have refrigerators around the hotel with free bottles of water, breakfast and coffee were amazing. The neighborhood is very walkable, there are tons of restaurants and shops everywhere

Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and room in general. Good breakfast buffet, and the 24/7 available coffee and fresh fruits are great. The two chilled and adorable hotel cats (they are super friendly but do not bother people) made me feel even more at home. :)

This has to be the happiest most friendly hotel in earth. There is a laid back super friendly atmosphere here that I love. This is my 3rd trip here and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you

A great location to stay away from the crazy packed old town. Super walkable! Yummy breakfast, coffee, drinks, and of course water. Airplane noise was a bit loud, but I slept with headphones so it wasn’t a huge deal.

BED Nimman is a great little hotel. The breakfast here really is the highlight. Everyday they make something different and it's all healthy and delicious, you will never get bored even if you stay many days of the breakfast variety here. The room is simple but very nice, there's a 55inch TV where you can log in to your Netflix or YouTube account. Location is very convenient. My only grouse here is that because it is quite close to the airport you can hear the noise of the plane in the room. I was told that this is a problem on one side of the hotel but not the other. So make sure you get the room on the quiet side.

Good location and is close to the shopping center. You also can find a lot of different kinds of restaurants around the hotel. The staff are of enthusiastic and energetic young people. They prepare daily breakfast, snacks and fruits throughout the day for guests to enjoy. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Bed Nimman Hotel very much.

The morning breakfast was really good. Pro tip: Don't go to breakfast at 7:00 when it first opens. Wait maybe 40-60 minutes. That way the hot food like chicken wings will have time to heat up. It's in a great area, convenient to many shops and stuff. And Maya mall is maybe 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride.

Room was on 2nd floor in front of the pool. Beautiful pool BUT NOISY when people are swimming and couldn’t take a nap in the afternoon. Walls are thin and can hear service counters keeping plates and utensils.
Practical hotel if you’re out most of the time.

Nice room and clean room. Most importantly, friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the pool helps us to cool down after delicious breakfast.

The BED Nimman is a complete gem. The owner, Jerome (apologies if I have your name wrong) and his team are faultless. Nothing is too much trouble, you only need to stand looking puzzled about something for a second when a friendly face is by your side helping. There was a super Russian young man (apologies can't remember your name) who was particularly helpful and enthusiatic. From the first moment of check in to sadly leaving, the staff made our stay comfortable and easy. The breakfast was stunning, such a huge range of delicious food which was prepared and cooked on site. A range of soft drinks, ice creams and snacks were also available free throughout the day. The rooms were spotless and beds comfortable. The showers were particularly impressive, the water pressure made showering a treat. The only 2recommendations I would suggest would be somewhere to put your clothes. Whilst there is a small hanging space, a chest of drawers would be a welcome assett. The second would be a kettle in the room, the coffee machine downstairs makes an excellent selection of coffees but this means getting dressed and trekking downstairs, sometimes us Brits like a cup of tea in the morning and often bring our own teabags though admittedly these are first world problems. The onsite pool is refreshing but I understand this is only an issue in their winter months and plans are afoot to recycle some hot water which is great. The hotel obviously takes sustainability as a high priority which is admirable

Loved my stay at BED! Awesome hotel in a great location. Staff was always so helpful. Great breakfast in the morning and very nice ambiance at the pool. Also loved the free cold bottled water (on every floor) and fresh fruit available all day! Would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Chiang Mai!

Hotel is great by it self,facilities is awesome drinking water provide every where coffee 27 hours breakfast very fancy.
