床邊的邊桌有一塊突出的玻璃，晚上睡覺翻身撞到超危險。
冷氣一直吹不涼，枕頭品質欠佳，床太軟。
電視節目沒有TVBS
房間陳設陳舊，地板有髒污水漬
浴室昏暗
這樣的房間一晚要3200，性價比有點不推。

還有氛圍又不顯得老氣服務品質好

櫃檯服務員親切，旅館提供的服務方便，早餐很豐富，下午茶貝果超好吃👍！旅館的裝潢很古典很用心，看得出來都是真材實料的裝潢，很有氛圍，可是又不會老氣，真的很喜歡這間旅館！

整體還算乾淨舒適，不過浴室有些細節沒處理好(看google評論似乎是以往就有)

像是洗手乳瓶子有點髒、蓮蓬頭髒、浴室牆壁膠條有些發霉，不是太大的問題

早餐樣式雖然不多，但都蠻好吃，像是生乳捲、麵包都很不錯，素食者也會另外炒一份麵 (蠻好吃)

樸實優質的環境
Pros:

目前我去台東旅行的首選，少數缺點是如果沒開車的話，晚上找吃的只能稍微將就
但附近公車站牌會搭的話便利很多

Pros:

早餐準備的很豐盛，精緻。房間內的佈置雖然不錯，不過冷氣的出風口剛好對著床頭吹，隔音也不好，會聽到樓上移動椅子的聲音，如果可以盡量不要住面對馬路的房型，深夜時還是會聽到車輛的聲音...

相當良好的住宿環境及有不錯的交通
Pros:

即使是一個人依賴大眾運輸的旅遊，這邊也不失為一個良好的住宿環境，尤其是附近的客運站；室內環境中規中矩，找不到太多缺點
早餐也是在東部旅遊包含民宿前幾好吃的

可惜最後離開飯店遺失物品在房間未即時告知，等到晚上我整理行李主動詢問飯店才注意到遺失物品，整體服務態度沒問題但細節有待加強

服務流程、隔音相關設置，需加強。
Pros:

1樓為精緻大廳，但是進入房間，有點霉味。同時，隔音相當不理想，容易聽到房外腳步聲。2樓用餐區空間也相當有限，需要分梯次用餐，晚梯次用餐房客(我們)食物都沒有了。後來去外面早餐點再自行補充。

Check in時間為4點 對我們而言實在太晚 請求提早都以制試答案回答 連請示主管也沒到
Pros:

其實服務人員還是很幫忙 但在入住前請求儘量提早入住（隔天6點就退房了）結果最後一房的入住時間還是拖到4點40分 極少飯店check in為4點的
房間算不錯 冷氣太大聲
