Buenísima opción en el centro histórico.
Pros:

La atención del personal, la instalación bonita, en muy buenas condiciones. El desayuno muy rico. La habitación muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda y grande.

Chambres spacieuses, très bonne literie. Sdb impeccable. Le patio est chouette.

Cons:

Un peu loin du coeur de la candelaria, l'hôtel

paraît un peu à l'abandon. Lieux communs et mobilier décrépits. Petit dej juste passable. Personnel peu avenant. Un client a sonné en continu de 4h30 à 6h sans que la réception ne réagisse !

Cet hôtel est manifestement en déshérence, indigne de quatre étoiles.
Seul le sauna fonctionne, il fait froid, le mur végétal est au quart desséché. Il y avait des poils dans la douche, après avoir demandé de refaire le ménage, nous n'avions plus de tapis de bain. Le petit déjeuner était peu goûtu, le service nonchalant avec les tables pleines de miettes, ils ont oublié de servir les jus. Nous avons été réveillés à 6h30 par le personnel qui parlait très fort ou se disputait. A choisir si vous cherchez un deux étoiles correct et spacieux.

Camere fredde prive di riscaldamento o aria condizionata….abbiamo chiesto qualche coperta ma di notte la camera era gelida….io ora febbre, colazione scarsa due cose a scelta da ordinare…cameriera disturbata….praticamente meglio dire senza colazione
