Staff gentile e disponibile, la camera e il bagno erano grandi c'era un armadio dove riporre i vestiti
Ottima la posizione apochi minuti dal museo de el oro e dalla Candelaria

il letto era comodo ma il lenzuolo non rimaneva sul materasso, scivolava via ed era fastidioso

Fine, but absolutely not 5 star!!
Pros:

The room was big and clean with a large comfortable bed and quality bed linen.
The breakfast was fine: juice, fruit, choice of 3 main dishes and tea/coffee.

Cons:

This is not a 5 star hotel. For 5 star you would expect toiletries (there was a tiny unmarked bottle of green liquid), bottled water (filtered water was not even available), a fridge, robe & slippers and a lift (given the height of the ceilings, the second floor felt more like the 4th and no assistance was given with luggage). In addition, the safe was operated by a key rather than number pad (seemed strange), we had to ask for the room to be cleaned (it didn’t seem to be an automatic daily event) and the soundproofing was appalling- if you’re a light sleeper, ensure you get a room at the back. Despite all the above, the hotel was fine - you just need to know what to expect, and that’s not 5 star!

La posizione comoda per la Candelaria, però non ha nulla di un 5 stelle.

Cons:

Camere non insonorizzate, lenzuola di pessima qualità, nessun servizio di riassetto tra una notte e l altra. Consiglio 2 stelle max.

Hôtel bon juste un passage une nuit, mais à éviter en raison de sa localisation et son côté desuet

Chambres calmes

Cons:

La localisation (quartier glauque la nuit, obligation de prendre des taxis), et l’hôtel qui est désuet / en fin de course : beaucoup de choses un peu deglinguees.

Pros:

O hotel está em excelente estado de conservação, possui espaços bem limpos, funcionários educados e a localização é muito central, perto de tudo, porém com os perigos dessa redondeza mais popular, mas sair de UBER foi bem fácil também.

Cons:

A campainha da recepção toca muitas vezes à noite e isso acaba sendo um incomodo.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans un beau bâtiment ancien

Cons:

La suite junior était très froid, literie très dure. SdB: Pas de sèche-cheveux, 1 minuscule bouteille shampooing-douche pour 2 et une petite savonnette.
Situé à côté de la lingerie où on entendait bien les machines dans la journée.
Le petit déjeuner vous laisse sur votre faim.
L'hôtel n'est pas un 5*. Nous sommes partis après 3 nuits au lieu des 4 réservées.
