如果是純休息是可以推薦，離一中鬧區很近
如果是享受設施的話，不推薦

年輕背包客,只要有地方睡的,其實還算方便,商圈樓上而已,但是外國旅客或是攜家帶眷的請千萬要考慮清楚,因為上下樓只有樓梯,很窄的樓梯,扛行李上下樓,請自己保重吧,跟主人反應是不是可以給樓層低一點的,直接當沒有聽到,再來就是辦理住宿請千萬要有耐心,因為很可能前一個旅客的訂房資訊有問題,主人會秉持了先來後到的精神,先把前面的客人處裡完帶去房間之後才會換下一個,我大概平常沒有做好事, 所以我光等要check in就等了一個小時,對 我枯等了一個小時, 沒有冷氣 沒有水 揹著孩子等了一個小時,結果我只花了三分鐘就完成了登記, 所以,要是平常沒做好事,那就千萬要有無比的耐心跟耐熱憋尿的決心

The stay was lovely. Nice and welcoming staff. My room was nice and cozy, with a big window overlooking a shopping promenade, where there are at least two convenience stores open 24/7. Basic amenities provided. Although there were no free bottles of water in the room, there's a hot and cold water machine in the nearby staircase. The neighborhood is part of the Yizhong night market and shopping area, with a young and energetic atmosphere. In the evening, there was a live music show on the promenade. Many bus lines run on nearby Sanmin Road or Jinnan St. and it's very easy to go to most parts of town, including the TRA train station and the High Speed Rail station.

The first day we live in the house, the sofa is dirty and have some hairs in the sofa. Then, the white sheets are dirty and when finished the first night in the hostel. I felt m skin a little bit redness and itchy. Then, we cannot contact the hostel through phone and we chat. When we walked to the office, there are two staffs but did not speak Chinese, and I used English to talk with them and they gave me a phone number to contact the staff in the hostel. Luckily, we could have another room to change, and that was a bit better than before. Therefore, I hope the hostel can do better cleaning the room and the bed sheets. Thanks.near

環境好好 不錯 晚上可以在樓下坐椅子 吹吹風聽聽歌 買野飲買野食。 方便買東西 d床瞓好舒服。 交通方便 可行去台中車站。 這個旅遊 去得好開心

躺上去床內的彈簧很明顯，其他都很好。

空間感大, 但裝潢有點舊, 略嫌有點兒污糟, 與圖片有差異, 洗手間去水有異味. 整體上從價錢而言可接受.

近一中商圈，交通方便，房間整潔。

它們家沒有門面,是在夜市旁邊大樓的出租房間,不過有人會帶你去你的房間,房間還算大,也算乾淨,但是半夜的時候聽到怪房客在吵架在摔東西,隔音效果不太好

原本除了沒燒水的水壺外其他還很滿意，但是今天聯絡不上人，也沒有先告訴房間，神神密密，好像非法經營，這種感覺很差，沒將客人權益放在心上。聯絡處沒人，所留電話都沒人接，狠狠的讓我流浪街道四小時，聯絡客服一小時，聯絡小牛三小時，手機從飽電到沒電。

職員很好，我第一次不懂得去就whatsapp教我去。唯一美中不足星是沒有電梯。但是附離一中夜市很近。

Staff is accommodating to our check in timing.
Cleanliness of room is fair. Need to climb stairs for certain rooms.
The lift is not accessible to every floor.

So dirty. I stayed 7 days, never changed bedclothes. Too much bedbug. Wake up with prickly heat from bedbug.

沒有冰箱

沒有電梯 走到樓上登記之後 還要年行李箱上樓 之後還要在很窄的樓梯上再上樓 如果是背包官就不錯 如果有要買東西的我就覺得拿行李箱走走走去 回家下樓還難痛苦的

這次是第二次入住小牛先生，交通方便，附近就是熱鬧的一中商圈，要去逢甲的畫搭計程車也只要250左右，多人評分還是比搭公車方便又迅速，下次如果有到台中遊玩還是會選擇小牛先生的!

連住兩天，第一天看似乾淨，第二天卻在床上看見蟑螂，整個崩潰啊！！！且門縫超大，隔音也很差，最受不了是有蟑螂在床上爬，整個根本無法睡得安穩，實在是很糟的住宿。

民泊で看板が一つもないため入り口が分からない。
hotels.comで送られてくる地図の場所は間違い。gmailをgooglemapに自動的にプロットしてくれる小牛先生の場所が正解。
その場所についたらエスカレーターを二階にあがり180度ターンしてすぐ突き当たる廊下を道なりに左に歩いていった一番奥の部屋がフロント。
部屋は新しくて綺麗。清掃も行き届いている。ホテルの人も親切。
場所のわかりにくささえなければコスパ良し。
