基本上都蠻好的，位置也非常方便
Pros:

環境清潔做得很好

Cons:

房間內有霉味
感覺是很久沒住人的空間

静かで落ち着きました。

ホテルの接客サービスが大変好い。ゲストを大切に扱ってくれて居心地よく過ごせた。

駅からは近いけれど、新竹の道が分かりにくくてホテルが見つけにくいです。

已經很好了！但希望能在加油改進
Pros:

1.櫃檯服務態度良好且友善,非常有耐心！
2.交通位置方便；周遭機能便利！
3.早餐非常多元而且乾淨好吃！！

Cons:

1.房間的冷氣是傳統的；控制器在牆壁上沒辦法直接用遙控很麻煩，冷氣的風扇要手動調整，不然會被風直接吹頭頂
2.枕頭太軟幾乎一躺下去就塌掉，沒有任何支撐力
3.熱水水壓不夠；洗澡感覺很不舒服沒辦法好好洗乾淨
